very comfortable bed, clean room, snacks available 24/7, a grocery store located 150 m from the hotel, bus stop 100 m from the hotel (3 bus stops to the center - buses came every 5-10 min)

Although it was quite varied for a 3-star hotel, the breakfast was not very tasty or of good quality and the coffee was quite bad.

I like all of it. Start with the staff who are very kind and helpful (They helped us with any requests, really!). The room was big and comfortable (we chose the king bedroom). Breakfast was plenty (but for us who were staying there for 9 nights, similar food every day was quite boring). Cleaning service available every day (any chance when we left the room without put the tag "do not disturb", they just cleaned it immediately, we came back from breakfast with our room nice and cleaned already)

Nothing major. Just one of the cleaning lady (mostly seen on the ground or first floor) needs to work on her attitude. She scolded me for walking through the only available path to the elevator, even after I apologised, she still nagged me. It's unreasonable to get upset with guests walking through the hotel corridor, either to reach the elevator to go to their rooms or check in while the floor is being mopped. I noticed she was giving the same attitude to other guests who were entering the hotel to check in. People likely don’t notice the freshly cleaned floor if they're in a hurry.

Very nice, new hotel. Typical Hampton Standard. Nice rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. City center reachable by bus in 5 Minutes. Bus stop 200m away from the hotel. 3 different lines yet it can be that you have to wait 10minutes + for the bus. Departure times given in Google Maps not always accurate.

Garage is available but I guess since the whole complex is new there are no markings or signs how to get there. Neither outside nor inside, so getting to the garage itself and then getting to level -2 where the Hampton parking spaces are, is a bit of a try and error game the first time you get there.

Breakfast in hotel restaurant. Adequate quality. Hotel does not have a full restaurant, but provides snacks like pizza at the bar. We were very impressed by the friendly service quality: one of the front desk staff offered the excellent recommendation of Lola's Tapas in town, which stands out in a town full of tapas bars and which we visited more than once (but there is usually a queue to get in). A tall (10 storey?) building, the hotel is very new, and spotlessly clean. Spacious lobby. Rooms and bathroom are large, with excellent water pressure and air-con. Lift security is good. Quiet. Location pleasant and safe if characterless: they claim 10 minutes from the old town, but more like 20 for older walkers like us! However, it's a pleasant walk and modestly-priced Ubers readily available if you want. There is a local 'town centre' nearer by, which has its own charm as a place where only locals go: sufficient buzz without the historical vibe. Try 15&cince. The bar in the lobby is modest (really part of the reception desk) but service is quick, seats comfortable and it was surprisingly well-used.

Good location on bus routes, 20 minute walk to the old town, 10 minute walk to a fine Mercadona supermarket and in probably the smartest and cleanest part of the city. Nice showing and very comfortable bed. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Efficient lifts.

The rooms weren’t always thoroughly cleaned or cups washed up. Breakfast area tight for space and tricky negotiating passage from the food area to your chosen table, avoiding chair legs, etc. Rooms on the small side with negligible desk space and basic chair. Doesn’t suit nomad working.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was great too!

We were having an afternoon nap and even though the room had already been done in the morning when we were out, after a knock, somebody just walked into the room. That was a little bit uncomfortable as we weren't fully dressed either. They apologised and asked if we wanted cleaning but I said no thank you and they left. Probably just a mistake, but surely you don't just walk into a room after knocking?

Very good value for money! A really good price. Free parking by the road, just outside the hotel. But there is also a parking just by the hotel (we never used it, so don't know price or if it was free of charge. We stayed at the 12th floor and our rooms had great views. We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage girls so we booked 2 rooms. They gave us two rooms with an interconnecting door. The rooms were excellent and looked like of a bigger category. The bathroom also excellent and very very clean. The location is also good. You can walk down the path by the river, or down the street to Malaga's historic center. It's about 1500 m.

Everything was perfect!

Location is really good, only 1.5km from historical city center. Rooms are really clean, comfortable and there is enough hangers for the clothes, which is often not the case. Bed is really comfortable. Also there are wall sockets for charging the phone which do not require the plug, so you just need the cable for your phone. Next to the hotel is shop where you can buy food and drinks. Hotel personnel is extremely helpful nice and kind and also very professional. I love that they all smile when they talk with guests.

It is not really bad, just small things… I like to have a cup of coffee before bed, and coffee bags were not refilled the next day. Also, breakfast was enough, but maybe not enough in variety. For example, there was just lettuce and tomato as vegetables, two type of cheese. We asked first day for turkey/chicken salami and personnel provided it after that and next day was part of the offer.

Perfect location for us as we needed to be near a hospital .Room was spotless .Cafe supper food was excellent

We didn’t enjoy the seating in the main lobby/ bar/ cafe ..which is where you’re expected to eat if you don’t want to venture out . It is either high stools or low sofa seating , neither was comfortable . Possibly move some tables from the resturant upstairs to downstairs for people to sit and eat/ drink if 60+ in age .. The parking needs signage to say Exit , as we and others mistook it for the entrance …which is 150 yards away …

Very clean, staff were amazing, we knew the activities we wanted to do but had no idea how to get to the meeting points, the front desk went beyond their service to explains which buss, train, etc we needed to take in order to get there. We were always received with a smile! The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff always eager and happy to help. Honestly our trip was amazing because of this hotel and its people! 100% recommended I just can’t say enough!
