The room was beautiful, the view was great. The pool is not really impressive but the rooftop bar was nice. The bar downstairs closes at 10 so not really great. The food was fantastic! The lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks.

I ordered room service and the empty dishes were in my room for two days. The hotel website says you can get new pillows if you don't like the ones they provide and they give you a choice between 3 different ones. I was told they don't have anything. The laundry is insanely expensive. The location is not ideal night life wise. It is decently close to the beach though.

Very clean, spacious rooms, functional hotel - I found the bed/pillows very comfortable. Location is premium and close to the sea.

The staff are not helpful giving any accurate information or doing any basic service other than issuing room key…. The hotel is called spa hotel - yet you have to pay for basic sauna service?!? Also, the safe in the room is payable! Gym is terrible… Really not services you’d expect from 4 star hotel…. this is a bit like ryanair that charges for everything - im surprised the lift is free:):):) Shame, nice hotel but quite mismanaged.

Upon arrival, they offered us a room change. with the condition that there will be a good view from the balcony and there will be water and champagne in the room every day, but no one left water in the room every day . the cleaners who clean the room. The cleaners did not dusting and did not mop the floors. The door key had to be changed constantly because I couldn't open the room. breakfast to pay at the hotel 18pounds per morning , It was four days in the hotel and I didn't went the spa because they close very early and they didn't work at Mondays. I would say the price is also expensive.

The hotel was lovely, Staff were very helpful, especially Alexandria & Alex . The Spa pool was a joy to go into, it offered lemon 🍋 pools & warm stone pools + Jacuzzi & Steam, sauna ..It Was a great base between Marbella town & Puerto Banus, so buses or taxis were very reasonable for both modes of transport. I'll return there for sure! Sx

There wasn't that much to complain about..But I will say the food is nice , but basic , I had just one or 2 meals, not Gourmet food..The rooms although clean (& the ladies did a great job cleaning), could do with an update. The shower curtain has seen better days, although has the logo of hotel, but all in all A great place to stay , pity you have to pay €25 euros for Spa facilities, although discount with VIP card..Sx

Very clean, well taken care of, friendly staff, lots of parking on the street, in a good location.

Doors are not soundproof in the slightest, so we were all woken up at 4am by a drunk aggressive man yelling and banging on the door of a room down the hall to let him in. It was pretty scary and it took the security guard quite some time to come and handle the situation. It felt like it was happening right outside our door!

It was a trip for my birthday and the hotel allowed us to upgrade to a suit with a bath in the middle of the room at a great price for a few nights, on my birthday I came back to the room , to not one but two bottles of CAVA and fruit - which was very sweet. The pool was nice on the roof though the time of year a little windy and the location was great., sound proof rooms, no noise, helpful staff, didn't try breakfast or food in the hotel though.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, yogurts, home made smoothies. There was a chef to cook omelettes, eggs benedict or whatever you fancied. Lovely bread and baked goods. Location is great, you can walk to Marbella Town or Puerto Banus. Nearby restaurants are very good. Food better value in Marbella old town. Staff in hotel bar and restaurant were nice.

The room wasn't serviced on the last day and the reception guy was quite rude when I had to ask for fresh towels a second time.

Easily accessible hotel, with street parking and underground parking available. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms very clean if a little tired and standard. The hotel is situated a short downhill walk to the paseo and a further 10 minutes to restaurants and bars in the centre of town. The historic old town and Orange Square is about a 15 minutes easy walk along the main road along taking an extra 5 minutes along the front and cutting up through the parks is a much more enjoyable stroll.

Breakfast at 16euro/person was underwhelming but with limited options nearby we decided to pay for. There is plenty of choice with bakeries, cereals, continental, fruit juice etc. and an egg/ omelette station, but the hot food was limited and not very good, whilst there was one poor guy on the egg station covering, fried/poached/omelettes/ eggs Benedict and other combinations so be prepared to queue and wait a while.

Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent! View of our room was so nice (we were offerred to pay 20 euros per night for the room with sea view) There are pfree arking places outside, we did not need to park our car at the hotel's parking but it is available if needed.

I think the hotel in general needs some sort of renovation, bathrooms and other room facilities could be better. Breakfast could have more options.
