the location and view

when u book a superior room its the luck of the draw what u get , eg u can get one onh level 1 or 6. the difference is room is significant - seems unfair to have the same category and be sooo different. based on availability i had to complain to get my room changed which they could accommodate to but olnly for one night.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. We didn’t have any beach toys with us, but a kind gentleman working at the hotel generously gave us some buckets and spades, which we really appreciated. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and I was especially impressed that our room was cleaned twice a day. Breakfast was delicious and varied selection that changed slightly each day. Parking on-site is a bit pricey, but each time we arrived or left by car, the bellboy brought the car to the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. The view from our room was stunning and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The pool is quite small and there aren’t many facilities for children, but the beach is right in front of the hotel, which is always a good option.

The location, was perfect the beach front property was centrally located to the Mai street to shops, and ports and other restaurants if you chose not to eat in the hotel. The hotel reception took care of ordering taxis and if you rent a car there is valet parking. The hotel restaurants cuisine was a culinary delight , fresh , delicious and always a beautiful presentation. The staff goes above and beyond to meet and accommodate your request .

The outdoor pool hours . The pool closed at 6:30pm we wished it stayed open longer.

+ Sea View, beautiful + Turquoise sea + Clean + Very good food in the restaurant and pool bar (for lunch and dinner or snacks) + Buses next to the hotel, 25 minutes by bus (2 EUR - ticket) to the old town/centre. + supermarkets and shops in walking distance + Wordrobe space (enough for 2 or 3 people) + Very good cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel- Very nice smell and good quality) + Soft, new towels + The beach is a bit crowded with locals and can become a party place, but when I was there I could sit in the area of the hotel and it was nice and relaxing. But note, the beach is not big/long. The water looks great. + it was quiet during my stay, no parties or noise.

- breakfast (not a 5 star experience), surprisingly, because the restaurants serve very good food for lunch and dinner. No vegan or vegetarian options. If you are one of those better not to pay 26 eur at the hotel for breakfast but go 2 minutes away from the hotel, and eat in vegetarian restaurants (for 8/12 EUR). I ate eggs with bread and cucumber every day, boring for a 5 star hotel. Not even pancakes. Limited vegetables. A lot of sugary foods, if you like those. No lactose free options either. - Also, we had some emergency situation, and the manager was not visible, while in such a situation, the manager of the shift should be visible and actively communicating with the guests and staff.

1- we arrived on a late evening around 22 a clock, tired, with 3 kids after us, and we were not given as expected from a 5 stars hotel the welcome drinks. Next day - we saw that actually the hotel has this service offering a range of juices and Moët and Chandon champagne but we were completely ignored that evening by the receptionist that was rushing us into our rooms as “it was late”. We felt a bit disappointed and we gave the situation a minus as the first impression counts a lot. 2- poor housekeeping - towels and the robes not replaced daily after use. As we were 5 peoples,we run out of towels! 3- minibar- drinks and snacks not replaced daily 4- no mosquito nets at sliding doors. I cannot imagine how is in the summer when wasps/mosquitos might come by.

The hotel was superb, and the customer service exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated. The views from the lounge and restaurant were breathtaking, further complemented by the great weather. Plus, the beach is literally right in front of the hotel—a major highlight. The room was decently sized, immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Toiletries were thoughtfully provided, and complimentary water bottles were readily available. In the evening, we were treated to a beautiful piano performance by a talented lady, adding a touch of charm and class to the experience. Overall, this is a perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for a night, but would definitely comeback and stay a bit longer.

I like all aspects of this property. How they greet us in front of the hotel, how friendly the front desk was, how helpful the guys who carried our luggages to the room and the guy who introduced us our rooms. Breakfast was very good, hotel maintained very well despite it is a very old hotel. Location is perfect, we walked to center in 10 minutes, everything was old fashioned like real keys for the room instead of cards, which gives the hotel its spirit I believe.

One point was disappointing unfortunately. We were 2 rooms in the hotel and my son forget his personal things when we checked-out and recognized when we arrive to Mallorca. Our hotel in Mallorca also helped us to contact Hotel Nixe to find the things that must son forgot but no response. I wrote a message to Hotel via Booking.com and I’ve told that I need to send a direct email and I made it. Until today we did not receive any information about my son’s belongings. It is not matching the service what we experienced during our stay.

Beuteful view and good location and beach. Mega friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, however not too much options.

In my point of view it is not 5 stars hotel, I would say it is excellent 4+ facility. There were no bags for our clothes in the room, we were unable to use the laundry service. I couldn't reach the laundry service by the nommer which I found in the room, and even after inform reception about it, bags and check-in list not brought (. There was coffee, but there was no kettle and tea in the room. There were no disposable hygiene stuff, like as a razor, cotton swabs, etc.

The location was fantastic. Right on the sea. There were some great restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good too. I am vegetarian and my daughter is vegan. We noticed there weren’t any viable proteins for us (beans or tofu etc) I brought it up to concierge and the remedied it right away. Even kept me posted on progress and asked me about options. In the end there were so many choices and more than we could even eat. We appreciated this gesture so much. Oh, and if you want any sort of plant based milk for any reason just as a staff member. They are very helpful. I enjoyed an oat milk cappuccino every day. A Popa (the restaurant on property) is so good too. Best Paella I’ve ever had! Veggie too! Room was comfortable. We loved our balcony. Air conditioning was a blessing.

The lobby and hallways were quite dated.

It was a beautiful hotel that sits right on the sea. We spent our days swimming in the pool and the sea, and it also had a fantastic spa. The views are amazing, I will definitely consider going back.

I wasn't very keen on the street outside the hotel, which had some nice restaurants, but it didn't make me want to spend much time out there. Luckily, I didn't need to, as the hotel had everything we needed.
