I liked everything about this hostel. Location is perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants situated close by. Bus stop just outside the hostel or a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk to the city centre. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Beds were extremely comfortable, clean, and fresh linen was provided to make your own bed. Beds also have a privacy curtain, plug socket, and reading light. An ample size storage locker is provided beneath the bed. Bathrooms were more than adequate. I never had to wait to use the toilets or showers. There is a kitchen upstairs for the use of guests. There is a lovely common area downstairs with a bar where you can buy drinks or snacks/food etc. Last but by no means least is the thing that gives this hostel my biggest thumbs up, and that is the staff of this hostel. They are the most efficient, hard-working mannerly friendly and courteous people I have had the privilege to encounter on my travels. If ever I return to Palma de Mallorca, I would have no hesitation in staying at We hostel Palma again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sleeping pods were a cool experience. The hostel had a lot of facilities - kitchen, laundry room, common room with games, books or table football, good wi-fi, food and drinks you could order, etc.

The sleeping pods were comfortable to sleep in, but the air got too heavy even with the AC, so we had to leave the door open. Also, it was not a problem for us, because the public transport connection is great, but the hostel is bit further from the centre.

All the stuff is very friendly, helpful, always avilable. It's clean, very bell organisé, had big rooms, a terrace, a café... This hostel is really one of the best I stayed in. Thank you!

It's a bit far from the center, but a nice walk along the boats harbour. Mid-October 2024 the road along the harbour is being renovated, so quite uncomfortable to cross and also a lot of construction noice. But I guess they will finish soon. The bunk-beds in the rooms are a bit shaky, so if the person upstairs is moving a lot, it might wave you up, like it did to me. The boxes for keeping personal things are built-in under the beds and they make some noice too when people open and close them. But it's all are just a hostel things. If you're a light sleeper, like me you probable shouldn't sleep in the hostels 😅 Neither you should, if you snore hard! Anyways, this hostel is still one of the best I stayed in!

First, it was at a walking distance from the City Center (45mn). There were facilities for cooking but found a nice restaurant just opposite the Albergue. The staff - a few from Argentina - very nice and helpful! They recommanded me a few places to visit outside Palma. I also appreciated the light in the corridor when getting up during the night!!

Not enough privacy in the showers! I would have like hooks in the shower for not having to undress in the common room!

Big common area with relaxing corner, big tables and entertainment. Confortable bed with sockets, light and curtains for your privacy. Toilets in each floor. Little kitchenette well equipped. Small and big supermarket few minutes away. A bus stop in front of the hostel going to the main train and busses station to take away connection to visit the island.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Perfectly managed to be able to have a good night sleep in quiet atmosphere and also clean rooms. I loved that the beds had curtains for privacy. The location is also great, near the center and many restaurants, with a bus stop right in front of the hostel. There's also a supermarket nearby

The air conditioner was controlled from the reception, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms would get freezing cold, and we had to go down to ask them to turn it off for our room. Also, the showers had a button that needed to be pressed repeatedly for water, which was quite inconvenient. Regular handles for the showers would be much better and less challenging.

The bed is really confy and we do not have a common light in the room, just at your bed zone, it is nice because we get less disturbed by it during the night.

Nowadays, we do not even have towels nor a shower gel in albergues or hostels. We keep paying as we did before but with less services. We now put on and off the bed sheets as well and, of course, we rarely see post COVID time, included breakfast. Is just an observation because hostels were supposed to be a cheap place for solo or young travellers, who cannot afford expensive hotels or Airbnb.

Most importantly were the staff, everyone from the team I've seen were at the top! The gentleman who did my check in, assisted me with every questions or requests I had. The ladies at the bar serving drinks, super friendly. The lady in the morning who recommended me breakfast options and I'm now craving the pain au chocolat they bake there :) And let's not forget the little doggo who always comes to say hi ! The atmosphere was nicely balanced, nice guests to connect with, not noisy during sleeping time, everyone was friendly and responsible :)

Good location, price was good for one night and the dorm was nicer than I expected (even with 8 people in it). Check in was easy even with arriving at 2:00am.

I didn't realise that we had to put our own bed sheets and pillow cover on so getting into bed at 3:00am was interesting. Couldn't really see so it wasn't put on properly and also didn't have a pillow case for me so I had to wrap my bed sheet around it. But it was fine though.

Long time ago I stay in hotels, this time was for personal reasons decided to be as backpackers and didn't expect it could be that nice, it's very nice place to stay, cozy and comfy, incredible amazing staff helping with everything you ask, cleaning in the room was undoubtedly. The location was also nice in very vital area. I have to say thank you all staff members and for sure my next visit to palma will be under you hospitality 💯 one of my most amazing caused travel experience
