My second visit and we came for 11 nights. We were fortunate enough to get our request of an apartment along from the pool with sunbeds. This was very helpful for my elderly mum and Autistic daughter. It allowed us to sunbath and my daughter could stay in the shade but still beside us. It was at times a bit noisy but you expect that on holiday, it didn't bother us. Towel changes could have been more often but the facilities in the apartment were fab. Would definitely stay again.

Room was good, we were on the 3rd floor and it was carpeted outside with plastic grass which was good and we could just sunbath right outside our room which for us was great, food, tea and coffee on tap.

Pool is a bit on the small size

You was pretty much left to yourself, which was nice. Very chilled

As the Friday/Saturday night came around there where more younger people who where coming in around 4/5am & where extremely noisy (no respect for others) but it’s Tenerife & so was expected. Only advice is doubt I would stay here with young children

Less than a 10 minute walk to the seafront. Central to bars and restaurants. Nice pool which is also slightly heated which is quite welcoming in January.

The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in a neighbouring room…

The structure is located in a very comfortable area - 10/15 minutes walk from all beaches (my favourite one was Playa de Las Vistas). Staff always available and friendly, the apartment was a jewel! Clean, fully set up with a kitchen area, with all crockeries, pan, induction fob, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer. There was also The bathroom was very neat, clean, fully furbished with towels, shower mat, cosmetics, and hair dryer (which I didn't use), and the shower was a dream - I could stay under the water for long time :) :) :)

The only thing that might need improving is just repainting the apartment, and refurbish the crockeries, but nothing majour. :) :) :)

The location is fantastic! Right in the centre of the area with massiv choice of restaurants, 3 mini supermarkets, taxi rank and bus stop close by. There is also a park at the top of the road. The air conditioning is brilliant and the free wifi is a great bonus. Staff are very helpful and kind.

Lack of cleaning! Towels are to be changed every 3 days and sheets every 5. Our towels were changed our 2nd and 4th day in the first week, days 9 and 12 on the 2nd week. Sheets were not changed until day 9 - room was fully cleaned this day too (the only time room was cleaned). No information given on what to do with piling rubbish. No recycling options, massively disappointing, especially in this day and age. People screaming and running around banging on doors or blasting music at all hours of the night. The shared balcony means the sunlongers are often taken by people staying in other rooms.

The property was a great location, close to everything. Had communal showers so you could get ready if you had a later flight. Staff were friendly, especially Diago. We had a few issues with our first room being dirty but he changed our room for us and upgraded us for free which was very kind.

The pool area is nice but it’s very small. Can imagine in the height of summer it’s hard to get a bed by the pool. We struggled most days but outside every room there is sun beds for you to use. Rooms are nice, wouldn’t say the cleanest rooms but still a great room for the price.

Great location. Really clean. Spacious. Modern. Not ultra luxurious but well presented. Relatively big reception area with seating, vending machine and plenty books to read. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Great supermarket as part of the complex which was reasonably priced.

The pool is very small, particularly for the number of apartments. It was quiet around the pool but not sure how it would work if it was busy. Most of the bed are positioned outside the apartments on the same level as the pool so a bit awkward to be sitting right outside someone else’s apartment.

To my horror, i landed in TFS to a message from booking.com stating they were unable to confirm my reservation at another hotel, 11pm at night and peak season most hotels were full, so i managed to book alegria , one noght initialy with the intention to find another hotel the next day , we loved this place that much we ended up stayin here the whole trip. The customer service provided , specialy the two lads in white shirts and glasses at the reception desk ( soo embarassing i didnt get their names ) wow these guys couldnt do enough for us , such humble kind guys realy does make the stay that little bit better , ive stayed in many hotels around the world but one of the first times ive received such a service, truely exceptional This place is far from a 2 star, specialy compared to other apartments/hotels in las americas , the facilities and amount of things you get in the apartments , the deco and cleanliness are second to none , will defo be back

No dedicated smoking areas anywhere in the complex, have to walk miles for a fag :(
