Everything! The hotel is fantastic. The food is amazing and lots of variety. The showers are hot and powerful. The beds are very comfy. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and your rooms are cleaned every day. All the staff were very friendly and always greeting you in the corridors. The location is great, and everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay here and will be back.

Nothing but if I could pick one small thing. We would have liked a cup of tea after dinner/with desserts, but they close the hot drink section for lunch and dinner. It's only opened in the mornings for breakfast.

we liked the food, reception, swimming pool and the activities. The fitness activities were AMAZING !!! I’m sorry I forgot the name but there was a guy who was giving the Aqua fitness, cross fit initial session and the abs work out who was outstanding!! he is the reason why I would go back to the hotel, extremely profesional, friendly and a great fitness coach! Definitely made our stay superb !! Thank you so much

I think the night shows could be improved, we stayed 5 nights, one the show was cancelled and they did a bingo night, 1 night we missed the show as we arrived very late and the other 3 nights were live music, which is fun however would have been nice a different style. But the shows were good and the singers were really talented.

Very nice food (half board), friendly staff, very comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. Upper pool was a nice place to hang out with good relaxed music

i paid quite a lot but I booked late and it was a very busy time. The rooms are starting to look a little tired and could do with a refurb soon - but nothing major. Lower pool was a bit cold but upper pool was perfect temperature and better relaxed music. The children sing song hour could have been done in a way that was less intrusive on guests without children trying to dine and relax around the outdoor dining area and pool bar area.

Very nice hotel with fantastic services (e.g. animation team, 0-24 gym, transfer etc...). Room with balcony and comfortable bed. Restaurant has wide range of food selection, staff is extremely kind. Super beach bar with quite good healthy food selection. Nice guests 🥰

Distance from the beach (but transfer is available), refurbishment is needed for the bathrooms, limited selection of vegan foods

The property has all the facilities as described and everything during our stay went smooth. Kudos to the gardening team, the gardens were really well kept. We appreciated the location is walking distance to Yumbo Center, but not close enough to be a nuisance. There was also a convenient after check out use of the room for a shower, which allowed us to enjoy one last day at the beach.

I do feel that the rate is slightly pricey, but I don’t feel I overpaid.

The hotel looks amazing. The installation is gorgeous: trees, palm trees, swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The food. I couldn’t find good quality. The fruits all very bad: peach, very green bananas, old oranges, plum expired. And the meals were ok but taste not so convincing. Need more salt, and more flavours. I couldn’t find definitive see products from supermarkets: Canned goods from the supermarket

Comfortable, close to Yumbo and easy access to the main beaches of the area. Suitable for both families and groups of friends. Very clean and organised. Friendly and kind staff. Full breakfast with many choices.

The gym could use more equipment: more weights for example. A lot of noise due to the loud doors closing. The dinner was very good in quantity but the quality of food could see some improvement especially in the cooking of the meat.

The restaurant had plenty of option and the food was of good quality. I really enjoyed the all-inclusive option. The meat was not my favorite but other options were super geat. The staff was super friendly and very nice!

Breakfast is up to 10:00. A later closing time would be better. The shower was not fully working and the lock of the door was not working properly the first day. But the hotel staff replaced it very quickly

Premises are very well maintained. Room was very silent. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very diverse and lots of fresh options. The Crossfit open-air box and the separate gym are both excellent (quite a rarity to have a Crossfit box in an hotel!!) and the Crossfit coach (Pedro) is a great guy. Rate was very competitive. Staff speaks English well.

It is a bit far away from the beach (ca 25/30 minutes walk). Breakfast starts only at 8.30am.

The kids club was fantastic and Dani who worked in the kids club was brilliant with our young son. Also, the small arcade at the hotel was really enjoyable for our son. We really liked the indoor gym & outdoor gym. We also liked the variety of food & drinks on offer at the hotel.

The area for the evening entertainment (Manhattan Bar) could have been a bit better as it seemed a bit dated. Some investment in this space is needed. The cocktails could have been presented a bit better - when we ordered cocktails they were always served in a stanard pint glass. Not a typical cocktail glass. We were all inclusive so not sure if this was perhaps the reason why.
