Everything about the hotel was super comfortable, clean and had a beautiful aesthetic. We were there during a heat wave and especially appreciated the strong AC! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The pool area could use an extra umbrella or two. We were there during a heat wave where the tempreature was higher than 90 degrees every day, so there were a few afternoons where we would have liked to spend time at the pool but opted to relax in the room because the shady spots at the pool were occupied.

The hotel was beautifully presented, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff were super helpful, respectful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room which was deluxe and overlooking the pool was bright and airy, very clean and comfortable. The overall vibe was calm and relaxed.

The behaviour of the guests who thought it was acceptable to save the limited seating around the pool whilst engaging in other pasttimes for prolonged periods. With a significant number of guests participating in this practice I do think the hotel needs to create an environment where this is deemed unacceptable.

The impeccable presentation extends to every part of the hotel and the staff too. It was such an enjoyable and relaxing stay, with the staff more than happy to help with anything needed - as it was our first visit to the area they suggested places to visit and eat, and arranged travel and bookings too. The rooms are spacious, beautifully styled and kept so clean. Everything was catered for and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. A broad selection and hot food cooked to order - the staff were so lovely, friendly and more than happy to talk about the local produce and bakes they’d just freshly made. We didn’t spend long around the pool but as it’s a small hotel we didn’t struggle to get a bed and the bar did nice light snacks.

Everything about our stay was perfection. From the welcome drinks and the introduction to the area by a member of the team (including recommendations for activities in the area & local restaurants), to the exquisite design of the hotel, which has respected & highlighted the original features of the building, to the tranquil pool area. Every detail was considered & the stay really did feel so luxurious. The staff were wonderful & we were very sad to say goodbye to this beautiful hotel - we’re already planning our next trip back.

Staff very friendly and helpful! A+ | Hotel was clean, stylish and located in the town of Pollensa, so walking around to shop, eat, or explore was super easy. There is a free, general use parking area about a 5-minute walk away, so that was available as an alternative to street parking. The lot was pretty full in the off-season, so you may need to figure out a different plan in the high season. Breakfast was good but purchase it through your booking or else it will cost you $35 per person.

We had the Deluxe Double Room, which could have used a few ergonomic and privacy updates to the bathroom area. A glass door for a toilet room was not to our taste. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel, but it was generally taken by the locals.

The hotel really does feel super luxurious from the moment you step inside, it smells incredible, the welcome tour is great and we were really wowed by all the beautiful fresh produce on display in the kitchen. Our bed was super comfy and the towels were the fluffiest ever. The spa treatments were wonderful. The manager Haydn is super friendly, professional and welcoming.

The cooked breakfast service was chaotic, it seemed like they maybe had new staff but our food was coming out wrong or super long wait (40 mins plus) and others who arrived after us were served first. They didn't seem to be able to do poached eggs 😬 It would be better if the hammam spa was separate to the treatment area and then we could have used it while our friends were having treatments and made it a full spa day. The shampoo and conditioner in the rooms wasn't great and dried our hair out. In our bathroom it was very open into the bedroom with glass door to the toilet so we had very little privacy, it was fine for us but just to be aware for others who are more shy.

It was subtlety elegant. Just so lovely. Everything about the place was absolutely super - the decor, the staff (a big shoutout to Krasi, Joseph & Hayden) & the food. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone traveling to Pollença or their sister hotels in Palma.

Hotel building is amazing, this is probably the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in. Everything about this place is great, rooms, poolside, food, location. We will return for sure.

Not easy to get your cases through the door or park anywhere near the hotel. Pool area is small and the parasols are bolted to the floor, so you can't move them, which in the peak of summer is a problem. Also our safe didn't work and despite mentioning this to the staff on the day we arrived, it never got fixed.

The staff were great. Good location. Tranquil

Room was dark with only one window. Not a lot of space for clothes. Breakfast at e35 pp was expensive, hence we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Pool’s small but sufficient. There’s not sufficient parasols to serve all guests and the hotel apparently is unable you supply more if they are all taken. A hotel regulator issue we were told? The only option was to burn or go to the sea!??

Loved the place the style, the rooms and the decor The staff were super helpful - striking a perfect balance - attentive but not intrusive. We ate in one evening and the restaurant served brilliant fresh ingredients. For anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable base to explore the island, Can Aulí provides a solid option with good service and quality dining.

Hard to find fault -hence I guess all the positive reviews.
