We have stayed at the hotel for the last 20 years and it has been renovated to such a high standard it is truly a beautiful place to stay. The location is also perfect.

The waiter table service has been better in previous years. It would be nice to have a more attentive waiter service in the pool and outside areas to take drink orders.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the mini bar was fully stocked. We had a room to the front and the ocean views were amazing. I loved the breakfast because the hot bar changed every day and there were so many healthy options. Since we rented bikes I really appreciated the room downstairs for bike storage and maintenance. there was even a washer and dryer there and a place outside to clean your bike. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and they even have food there if you don't feel like going out. there are a couple supermarkets close by and the ocean is right across the street. would definitely recommend and come back

The only thing that I didn't like was that we couldn't open a window in our room. The only option for fresh air was to keep the balcony door wide open (to me that is not an option during the night). The other tiny thing to complain about are the showers, it's only half glass/ half open so when you are done showering the whole bathroom floor is pretty much wet 😞

The hotel need not have a designated sunbeds on the beach , so a payment of 20 euros for 2 beds and umbrella each day if you like using the beach. Also we a group Of mature ladies and booked single occupancy rooms as we preferred not to share . Comfortable paying a single supplement but was hugely disappointed to be given small room tasteful Decorated but with small single bed!

The location and breakfast choices. Plus the staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient.

The standard room photo was nothing like the room we were initially given (this was in the adjacent building, not the main hotel). We were on the ground floor with no outside seating space, doors opened up onto a gravel area opposite a wall. This made the room very dark and depressing. Reception were quick to help move us, but we did end up paying extra. We then had the perfect sea view, so worth the additional cost.

Clean and well maintained throughout the whole hotel. There were a number of areas for relaxation and as the areas were spacious this created a quiet atmosphere. Spa was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were a great team. The musical evenings were a welcome bonus and we saw some talented performers. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Location was excellent away from the busy main town but across the road from the impressive beach.

A Twin bed and not a double was provided even though one was requested many weeks prior to the visit. Hardly any storage in the bedroom meant we had to keep our clothes and belonging in suit cases, which also had to be left on the floor as there was no place to put them. For a short stay this would have been inconvenient but for the 7 day stay it was very frustrating. Even the twin beds were on metal frames so it was not even possible to store the cases underneath.

Perfect location and ambience. Sebastian hosting the breakfast offered great hospitality and made us feel really welcome. The seaview room and the balcony made our stay even better. The housekeeping team paid attention to deal and the room was exceptionally clean. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

My only feedback would be if guests are requesting late check out for the team to be clear and transparent if it’s not feasible and rather than say you can try on the day.

The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. The rooftop pool area was great although the pool is really just a plunge pool. The loungers were super comfortable and having a glass balustrade gave us a great view of the bay but also was a good windbrake.

Nice breakfast but could only get coffee from a machine which was not very nice at all. Shame we couldn't order freshy made coffee, would have been happy to pay for it.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach front. Lovely outdoor area padding pool 🏊 to cool off and pool. Lovely beds with curtains to chill out on when too hot. Great service sabastine was great. Great choice for breakfast loads of choice. We eat there two evenings which we didn’t intend to do but such lovely food again great choice lovely surroundings. We stayed in seafront junior suite very spacious clean. Quiet and perfect view from balcony. Would definitely stay again. Something special

Just a couple of things we had the junior seafront suite the dividers between each room are just frosted glass to you can hear if anyone is on the next balcony a wee bit intrusive. Also I think if in the evening you are just sitting outside in the restaurant area for a drink they should put a lamp on your table and maybe a tablecloth just to add to your experience.

Lovely property in a great location right on the Sea Front . Staff really pleasant

While our bedroom was lovely there was a smell in around the bathroom area.. musty … fishy .. very annoying. Also you could hear guests in the adjoining rooms , internal soundproofing not good. Ideally this hotel would work better if it was an ‘adult only hotel’ . Pool area too small , noisy with children when you are trying to relax .
