We stayed at the Mon Boutique Hotel for 10 nights in September 2024. From the moment we arrived, Alex made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us throughout our stay. We had a ground floor room with a hot tub which was such a treat and although the room was a little small, it was spotlessly clean and had almost everything we needed. We were not disturbed by any noise and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were perfect and Pamela did a wonderful job in making sure that we had everything we wanted. The bread was divine, the eggs and bacon deliciously hot and freshly cooked and the fruit and yoghurt plentiful. I would stay at the Mon Boutique again - love, love loved it!

There are very few things I would change but if I had to make any criticisms, I would have liked a kettle in our room to make hot drinks - the coffee from the Nespresso was undrinkable. We would also have found it helpful to have more hooks to hang towels after a shower and also to hang our towels outside in the decking after our hot tub.

Highlight was location and staff! We came for a biking trip and were recommended to stay at Port de Pollenca. After seeing both towns, we were so happy to be in Pollenca Proper. Evening walks were so enjoyable and the hotel was a prime location not only for dining out each evening and walking around, but also for biking in and out through the island. The staff was great and treated us to cava upon our first evening, and daily breakfast was fresh with many options; perfect for our bike rides!

Not much to say about dislikes here. If anything, the pillows were narrow and long, very different from any American-style pillow. And our first day, we didn’t understand why our thermostat turned off. We soon realized we left a window open. Otherwise, extremely comfortable and lovely stay! We are already talking about a possible return!

Very friendly and helpful staff with a nice "boutique hotel" atmosphere - professional but not too formal. The location on the main square is perfect, with half a dozen restaurants within a couple of minutes walk (many more once the season gets into its swing, I suspect). Excellent breakfast.

The hotel's email on parking makes it clear that you should use one of the car parks on the periphery of the town centre, then walk to the hotel (5 minutes or so), which is in a pedestrians only area. Do not do what I did (having missed the email) and drive round the centre looking for on-road parking - it doesn't exist and some of the roads are very narrow!

We have stayed a number of times over the years, lovely centrally located hotel, rooftop terrace is a bonus. Staff are all lovely and helpful, cosy room, quiet, with comfortable bed. We didn't book bed / breakfast but in the end we had breakfast at the hotel, good array of food, and again lovely staff, at a very reasonable cost. No complaints at all, thanks to all for making our stay so pleasant 😊

While this is not a luxurious hotel, the value for money is absolutely great. The service staff is super friendly and welcoming and makes everything possible to ensure you have the best possible stay. Also the breakfast, while it is quite simple, is absolutely great value for money and certainly better than what you could get outside of the hotel at the same cost. The location is superb. It's in the middle of the old town + super close to nice streets, if you want to enjoy road cycling. There is also a garage in which bicycles can be stored.

Perfectly located on the main square, close to numerous bars and restaurants and shops. The hotel was spotless but what stood out the most was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with any advice we requested. Very much the personal touch. The hotel was closing for the winter the day we left, so was quiet. Absolutely perfect for our trip with a group of friends. If we were to visit Pollença again, then we would stay at Mon Boutique again without question.

There was nothing to dislike.

Our stay was overall very pleasant: staff was very welcoming and friendly, we had a glass of complimentary cava on our arrival, that we enjoyed on the rooftop full of plants and comfy chairs. The hotel is stylish, situated on a cute town square and just 5 mins walking from the free town parking: convenient!

If you are coming as a fresh couple for a romantic stay, be aware that the toilet in the room (at least the standard one) doesn’t provide any privacy :) It is a transparent (opaque, but my boyfriend laughed out loud saying he can see me clearly from the bed) and not sound proof whatsoever….:) sooo it can be something to laugh about, or otherwise you just use the toilets on the groundfloor 😅

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location - highly recommended Exceptional staff and service The hotel is very comfortable and beautifully decorated We were lucky enough to have a room with a deck and jacuzzi which was a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring The roof top terrace and pool have amazing views of the town and surrounding hills Breakfast was delicious with healthy and traditional options. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and good value - sitting outside is a great place to watch the evening unfold on the town square

A delightful boutique hotel in the heart of Pollença. All of the staff were super lovely and kind and helpful which always makes for a nice stay. Breakfast is great. The room small but beautiful and as I was travelling solo I didn’t mind, it had everything I needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Towels not as luxe as they could be but such a small thing, just something I notice.

The town centre location is perfect as the town has so much to offer. Receptionist Gabriela was incredibly welcoming as was the complimentary fizz on arrival. Our classic room was lovely and clean with a king sized bed. There is no wall separating the bedroom/bathroom and the shower/toilet have a sliding door of opaque glass. This won’t be to everyone’s taste as the privacy is a little lacking (and we all need privacy for some things!). The coffee machine was great. The soaps supplied were lovely. Extra towels were provided for the plunge pool. Roof terrace is a great space and we found ourselves to be the only ones up there most afternoons! Plunge pool was great as the weather was sooo hot. Views of the monastery on the hill are fabulous up there too. We ate in the restaurant once but weren’t overly impressed although we did get a complimentary bottle of wine. To be honest there are loads of brilliant places to eat in Pollença you are spoilt for choice. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice for all tastes. All in all we were veery impressed with the hotel’s modern contemporary feel and would highly recommend it. Incidentally we had hired a car and had to park in the free parking 5 mins walk away. Not really a hardship at all.

Really minor gripes. No instructions for setting the safe combination so we had to Google it! Mini bar is very expensive so we bought beers and wine in the local supermarket. (The hotel provides free bottled water on request so don’t buy that).
