Loved this hotel, very relaxed atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. Good food. Warm pool, friendly staff. Close to a beautiful beach. Cleaners worked really hard making sure everything was clean. Great shows in the evening. Close to all shops and bars.

Just one vegan option for pudding apart from fruit, ie ice cream. And maybe one other option for main like tofu etc, especially breakfast, maybe a vegan sausage. Food was fantastic, but if I could ask for something this is what it would be. One other thing in the pool it was quite difficult to see the steps in the water. So someway to tell there are steps there.

Loved the location by lake. Had lake view room and restaurant overlooking lake. Near beach 5 minute walk away. Where was a little beach bar. Lovely shower. Bed comfy.

Wish had some gluten free bread or cake options for breakfast and dinner. And soya milk rather than just almond milk. Queues for drinks in evening as only 1 person serving

The buffet meals were very good and convenient for kids and we really liked the service and food. There is a nice poolside in the hotel, with the pool also being nice for kids. The location is really great, just one block from the beach. Around the hotel is an area with little shops and some restaurants and it is located a 2km walk on the seaside from the port alcudia, which is also a great area to visit. We liked our stay, but what comes to mind was that the animacion was a little late (21h30 start, approx. 22h45 finish) which made falling asleep early tricky.

Really good hotel, lovely buffet breakfast. Rooms were small but efficient and comfortable with good sized bathrooms and a great, high pressure and hot shower. The gym was small but decent with dumbbells up to 25kg, squat rack, treadmill and 2 benches and a few other machines. Location was super close to the beach and there is a nice walking / running path by the lake. Plenty of nice running routes nearby. Staff were super super polite, friendly and smiley which really made us feel welcome. Would recommend and would stay again. We didn’t check out the pool as we preferred to rent scooters and visit hidden beaches / coves around the island instead.

The rooms are small but efficient which didnt bother us but just something to consider.

The hotel as a whole was really clean and really modern inside with a lovely pool and sunbathing area. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It was the same most days we were there but we were more than happy with it.

The rooms were small so wouldn’t great if you intend to stay in the hotel for most of the time, but we weren’t so it didn’t matter too much to us. The entertainment was terrible but it was actually quite funny how bad it was. I had my 8 year old son with me and he through it was quite funny as well, so we enjoyed it for what it was.

Typical 4-5 ☆ Hyatt layout and amenities. Tasteful room. Great breakfast buffet. Location great with a short 5 minute walk to Alcudia beach which is family friendly with a wide variety of sporting options. A nice 10 minute beach walk to Alcudia Port & nicer restaurants. A short drive for day trip excursions to Pollenca and Cap de Fromentor. Be sure to include these in your trip.

Hotel says parking included but its actually street parking. Not difficult to find a spot in May but can imagine difficult in peak season.

The balcony was great with a nice view on the hotel pool. You are at only a few minutes walk to the main beach and every restaurant you could think of. There are also grocery stores a bit further. It is easy to find parking in the streets near the hotel and it is free. The staff was very nice, always there to answer questions. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very affordable (20 euros I believe) and I thought had a lot of variety. It feels like being on a resort which I was not expected ! It is also a family friendly place.

The hotel was very well situated, near the beach and the lively part of Alcudia. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast options were varied and actually good, we enjoyed eating there every morning. There were animations but we didn't have time to check them, but it seemed fun for families and elderly.

No parking, which is a shame for such a great hotel. Small pool.

This hotel is lovely. The location is perfect. The staff are very professional and welcoming. Food in restaurants was very good. The room was small but beautiful and very clean. Maid service excellent. Bar areas were all very good.The pooll area was kept so clean and lovely.

Need to replace the deck chairs on the grassed areas with sunbeds as everyone sat on them until a sunbed became available.

Definitelty value for your money. Rooms are small but clean and modern with good lighting. I think every room has a balcony which is always a plus. I had the all inclusive and I am gluten and dairy intolerant but i could still have a good meal for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, if you are vegan or vegetarian it might be better to go for the breakfast option only. Staff was incredibly nice. Great location for families as they had a few kids attractions nearby and close to a calmer part of the beach.

Would have loved more dairy free and gluten free option or substitutes in the hotel restaurant
