We chose the hotel due to the fact that its close to the Alcudia beach. The food was great: tasteful, lots of options to choose from, variety from day to day. The room was ok. We didn’t use the pool too often, but we loked it. Water was warm, clean. The hotel is in a great area, close to shops, restaurants, bus station for airport transfer or bus connections to Palma.

Cleaning was pretty basic for what I was expecting in a 4-star hotel.

This has been one of my favourite hotels ever. The pool was great, shallow areas for little kids and deeper areas for exercise and swimming. The pool bar was superb, the pool bar staff were very friendly, as were the restaurant staff. The hotel is compact, so it offers all you might need entertainment, restaurant, kids play area sunloungers a gym, a spa, etc, witching a fairly small footprint, which means its easy to get to everything within the hotel. There is a convenient supermarket very nearby and the beach is wonderful and about 5 minute walk.

I didn’t love the food, I am a vegetarian and the vegetarian items available were clearly labelled as such, so it was difficult to be sure what I was able to eat. There were labels dotted about, but not all food were labelled so often it was difficult to tell what was what. The hotel facilities were excellent and our room was clean on arrival, but the standard of daily bed making was quite poor each day and the corridor carpets were really quite dirty.

I had an incredible stay, was greeted with a glass of bubbles and the staff were all amazing and really friendly. Apartment itself was very clean and had a cute terrace with mountain view. Hotel had a buffet breakfast and dinner option which I thought was tasty and varied with selection. I went there to relax and swim so I can't comment on tourist attractions but the pool was wonderful and hotel not far from a gorgeous sandy beach (I'm aussie so my beach standards are pretty high!). Would definitely recommend to stay here, thank you very much :)

Beach and the sea here are great. Not too many people. Take the road left from the hotel to reach the beach with more shadow and less people. Good Location, staff, Gabi was great at the reception, you can ask for an umbrella for the beach if you don't want to pay 20 euro for it, as some tourists leave it there. Beds OK, food very good, spa, hammam and saunawas great. Air conditioning working well and can be changed. Swimming pool. Absolutely great value massage by Lurdes, highly recommended, she can help you if you have some pains or problems.

Cleaning of the room not OK, very rare and always forgetting smth, to take away garbage or add soap. Some tiny ants in the room. Room rather small, double bed small, like 140 cm, strange long pillows. Shower gel and shampoo were nice, but the container was falling from the wall. Shower parts also falling off. Beach may be expensive if you take umbrella daily for about 20 euros for 2 sunbeds. Average evening shows, mostly old music. Horrible massage by Barbara, not worth it at all.

The hotel was not overly large so had a feel of personal service. Located just back from the main roads it was relatively quiet though there was some noise in the evening from a bar backing the rooms facing the pool. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and welcoming, and there was something for every taste at the buffet.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel was because it was billed as having a gym. Sadly the gym had not been completed on our arrival and was ready too late to use it in advance of the Majorca Half Ironman. We were able to use the gym at the sister hotel (looked amazing) but it was too far to get to easily for our use. The gym was finally in use just before our stay was over. Our room wasn’t always made up by the evening and the beds were occasionally poorly made up. The shower compartment should have been more thoroughly cleaned.

My son and his wife booked there holiday months ago, we decided to come 8 weeks ago and requested a room next to there's.You did this and made this better for us as a family.

One of the pool bar staff had little or no interaction when serving which I mentioned in an earlier email also this morning (Sun 8th Sept)my son went to the fried egg section and asked for some eggs was totally ignored and he proceeded to serve another holiday maker who was German.Not seen this kind of behaviour for a long time.

Food was good for the whole week, especially dinner, except one morning when we had a late breakfast and food that was left on the counter was tasteless. Hotel location is excellent if you want to visit Alcudia, Pollenca, Cap Formentor and the other sites in this part of the island.

This hotel tries to charge you for anyting.You have to pay for water during dinner, they do not even provide a water dispenser. If you want clean beach towel, they want you to pay for it. There is a fee for the safebox in the room. Want to play pool? You pay for this too. After a while this becomes pretty annoying. I tried to use the sauna two times, it was not working. Room was small, view from the balcony unpleasant.

Breakfast and dinner were awesome! Definetely more than what I expected. A lot of options, some meals are prepared at the moment, there was asian dinner night, spanish food, sea food night, etc. Beds in the room are comfortable, location is good (lots of shops around), the beach is 2-3 min away. As we checked-in late (after midnight) and skipped the dinner, they offer some food for late check-ins. The staff was very kind! I would definetely come back if I am in Port Alcudia again.

The safe in the room is paid (maybe it's mentioned in the hotel description, but I didn't pay attention). Also, I had trouble with making the safe work, but the staff assisted me and solved the problem :)

The location was really convenient. It’s literally a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and fun activities like quad biking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly The pool was also really nice and they offer free beach towels to use during your stay as long as you leave a deposit which you get back!

The only downsides were that we had two single beds pushed together rather than one big double which we expected. Also the tv was quite small but we didn’t end up using it anyway so it’s not really an issue, it just might be for others.
