Our fourth stay there. Always drawn back by the location, the hotel staff and the excellent food. WiFi is strong throughout the site. All staff members are very friendly & accommodating. Location is perfect for a lazy day on the beach.

The food choice every day is excellent. They pride themselves on the variety & freshness & quality. However the vegan & vegetarian options for desserts are very limited to non-existent - rice pudding or jelly. Which given the range & quality of the dessert tables otherwise is disappointing. The lounge at Lanzarote airport has more soya options than this hotel. The poolside bar needs to separate smokers from everyone else. Too many times had to leave due to overwhelming second hand smoke. Move them to the side of the bar covered by the two trees. It’s 2024. Everyone knows the impact of passive smoking.

The staff in general is always smiling and willing to be helpfull. Our room was large, very comfortable, clean, calm, the beds perfect, the terrace very sunny and the view on the seaside very pleasant. We have enjoyed the swimming pools, the sauna and the beauty of the gardens very well maintained. On top of that, we would like to pay a special tribute to the exceptional competence of the chefs and cooks who have delighted us with very varied and tasty theme evenings.

Would it be possible to significantly reduce the intensity of the musical animation around the pools? Or else to play pleasant soft music like the one played in the wellness centre ? This would certainly allow people to rest or better relax in a calm atmosphere.

We loved this hotel and would totally recommend it to others! :) - Kids Club - it was great! Thank you to all animators for being very kind and for engaging with the kids so well (they did a lot of crafts). Our son loved the kids disco, which happened every night at 20:30 - Food - we were on half board and absolutely loved our breakfasts and dinners. They have themed nights i.e.Chinese, International, Mexican, etc. - Rooms - we were upgraded from double room to family room. The room was cleaned every day. It had a large balcony overlooking the gardens. - Beach - it had a great access to the promenade, very close to the beach - Parking - spaces available on the streets/hotel area - Laundry - they offer free use of their machine and tumble dryer which was so convenient!

We loved the hotel but if we were picky, these are a couple of things that we can say - Kids area - it would be great to have a taller fence so kids couldn’t escape the kids club - Swimming pools - even though they were heated, it was a bit too cold to thoroughly enjoy it (stayed in February) - Reception - it would be great if the receptionist could give more information at the checkout (if leaving hotel late - towel tickets, more info on lunch/dinner use and pay)

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were truly amazing! From the minute we got there (after a very very stressful delayed and awful flight) they made us feel so relaxed and we were given the most beautiful room. The view was absolutely stunning. We then went to the sunset bar that had incredible cocktails, great quality and strong! The staff were truly excellent and did their job very well. The breakfast was lovely and the seating area was really nice and comfortable. We actually didn’t want to leave the hotel as we loved it there so much. Even the morning we checked out they invited us to go and have our breakfast even though it was not open just yet. These small details and attention to detail and always having the guests in mind made it very special. We will come back very soon, hopefully 🙏

The pool area could be better as it got quite packed. But overall, it was a lovely pool and at the perfect temperature. I also think they are in the process of building another pool area.

have stayed here on a number of occasions but first time to stay in room 4093 small room and extremely small balcony!

Wide range of meats and fish salads etc. the bedroom had loads of hanging space and drawers and a large balcony. Ample sunbeds, towel rental for same.

For a mature couple we were looking for a relaxing time but found there were just too many families with very young children. If you asked for a beer you got 0.4 litre. You have to ask for a large beer to get a pint at the same price We stayed in 2107 which was next to a wooden corridor , quite noisy at all times.

Los Jameos is at the eastern end of the resort, 20 mins walk from the main centre, making it a more relaxed and informal setting which we really liked. It's opposite the beach, and a short stroll to the mirador where you can watch planes landing ... right over your head! (PS. - dont worry, there's no flight path noise at the hotel itself). It is a large and established complex, with designed originally with input from famous Lanzarote artist Cesar Manrique - this is apparent especially in the layout of the grounds, pools and public spaces. Happily, everything is maintained to a very high standard, and the whole effect is luxurious without being in the slightest bit flashy. Parking is easy and free, either at the side or in front of the hotel. The staff ... superb - from the cleaners, to the waiters, to reception ... all polite, smiling, efficient and combining to create a relaxed and courteous service from breakfast till bedtime! The buffet breakfasts and dinner (- we were HB x4 nights -) were varied, plentiful and freshly cooked in situ. Table and bar service was prompt - and prices were extremely reasonable. We hardly ever stay in large hotels like Los Jameos, but this was an axceptionally enjoyable stay and we would definitely. return and heartily recommend it.

Such a lovely hotel with traditional decor and so well managed, which is why I have stayed there several times and will continue to do so. There is an excellent range of cold and hot food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, with very attentive and professional staff, serving and cooking. The room was lovely and sunny and spacious, with a large bathroom that also had a bath, which I requested. I saw how hard the cleaners work to keep the rooms and hotel so spotless, which is appreciated. The social tennis on the hotel courts is great fun and run by the two friendly and professional tennis coaches, which is a main reason why I stay at Los Jameos. Outside, there are superb cycling lanes and a lovely beach with clean pavements for long seaside walks and there are nice shops and supermarkets near the hotel. The tropical garden grounds are so beautiful and kept immaculately and the warm swimming pools are a real treat, attended to by helpful pool staff .. and there are lots of sunbeds on which to enjoy the fantastic weather in Puerto del Carmen, that is only 10 mins from the airport, so very convenient. I recommend this hotel, particularly for adults.

Even though I suppose it is because of an eco policy, I was not keen on the recycled loo roll. (Sorry!) Also, I missed the Los Jameos place mats for drinks in the room and the convenient small complimentary bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom, as the dispensers are not so easy to use..

Seaside Los Jameos exceeded my expectations. As much as I usually try to avoid large hotel complexes, I found Seaside Los Jameos as a very pleasant, clean, and super well equipped place to enjoy a few days of beach holidays. It certainly helped a lot that I was visiting in April, so the place was not at all crowded. I purchased half board and it was an excellent choice for me, the variety of choices for breakfast and dinner was unlimited. I decided to upgrade for a deluxe room and my fully equipped large terrace overseeing the tropical garden, tennis courts, and even having a bit of a sea view was an excellent treat. The location was perfect and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. All in all, I am now thinking to come back next year to repeat this amazing experience!

Nothing really, everything was close to perfect.

+ Amazing facilities: pool, babypool, spacious rooms with large balcony, fitness center, minigolf, different bars + Location: at the beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops in ‘city’ to left/right + Nice buffet: variety in food, always option to get fresh meat/fish/omelette baked live + Friendly staff + Child friendly + Good public: no obnoxious other guests

- Rooms a bit outdated: due for renovation even though still working fine - Buffet in morning/evening can be very busy but overall they manage it well - all-inclusive vs. half-board: difficult to balance, do a good job by still offering quality food/drinks, but still feels that you get better value for money if you consume drinks/food outside of hotel if you have ‘half-board’ (only applies for food/drinks next to breakfast/diner; if you plan to stay mainly at hotel would recommend ‘all-inclusive’ - very good deal in the case of this hotel)
