Excellent Value for money, well organised and clean

The age old disgraceful habit of tourists placing their towels upon sun loungers at 7.30 am. These should be removed as the poolside sign stipulates. This would eliminate the problem and eliminate this selfish behaviours

We booked this last minute after a disappointing stay at a 5-star hotel, and I can honestly say this experience was so much better. From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. Even though we were early, we were allowed to check in straight away, which was a great start. The accommodation itself was excellent — very comfortable with fantastic air conditioning, which was much appreciated as temperatures were in the high 20s. The pools were spotless, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the hotel even provides pool towels, which is a nice touch. Although I didn’t eat at the hotel myself, I spoke to several guests who said the food was fantastic. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations and was a huge step up from the 5-star hotel we had just left. Highly recommend!

a calm hotel with nice apartment close to the sea. A good kitchen useful for us with a baby. Appreciate the cleaning lady and the effort she made to clean and tidy the apartment everyday. Nice option to use the orquide hotel nearby, so you stay in a calm and silent room, while you have the option to use all the programs and facilities in the more crowded neighbour hotel.

It was possible to have buffet lunch or dinner at Orquide hotel by payting at the restaurant. The price was fair. The reception at playa feliz said it is not possible, which was a misleading information. So, if ever needed, you can choose to have a meal in the neighbouring hotel as well.

Bahai Feliz is a lovely.complex beside the sea. It is very clean and well maintained. There is a large pool with lots of loungers. Apts are cleaned daily. Towels.changed . Staff are very efficient and friendly. Guests can use facilities in hotel next door. There is a Spar supermarket next door. Bus stop/ taxi rank.are outside complex. Good restaurants nearby. Beds are super comfy. I would definetly return and recommend this complex I requested an extra pillow, and towels it arrived within 5 minutes. Staff work hard and are very friendly. Great day time entertainment

We travelled with two small kids and I cannot describe how amazing the entertainment staff were. We all enjoyed the discos, pool parties, night time shows, cabaret singing and everything in between. The energy of the staff was unbelievable. The ones that stood out for me were Emma (boundless energy and enthusiasm), Heather (great to involve my kids and bursting with energy also), Miranda (so kind to my little girl who was a bit shy and also helped me one night when I was trying to manage my 3 year old and my 1 year old), Martina (great stage presence and fantastic singer) and Tiago (really entertaining). Our favourite event was Superstar DJ. We all had the best fun. When we went to sort out our check out, Victoria on reception ordered our taxi, allowed us an extra hour foe check out and advised us how we could spend our last day using the facilities.

Only some small things like when we checked in, the receptionist never brought it to our attention that we could book into the Taverna Restaurant during our stay. She told me that my 1 year old baby had to wear an All Inclusive bracelet on her wrist even after we asked her not to put it on her. We had to ask the cleaners to service the apartment during the week, it wasn't done automatically. But apartment was spotless when we arrived.

Didn’t realise it was TUI when booking, so that made it much better as the whole TUI entertainment tram and the bar staff were brilliant, without the staff my review would be a lot different. Some nice places to eat nearby and also others in San Agustín just 7 mins away in a taxi. Full use of the hotel next door (crazy busy there) but ok if you want a change of scenery.

Reception Staff (especially Cameron), sometimes rude and unhelpful. First room had been a smokers room, Cameron on reception laughed at me when I asked to change it, second room was full of ants - however this was rectified quickly as they sent someone to spray everywhere. Location not great if you want to explore nearby.

Classic TUI standard, nothing surprised us. Next to the apartments there is a large hotel, which also belongs to TUI. You can use both the hotel facilities and the swimming pools and playground, which is great. There is also a shopping centre with several restaurants and shops.

Address is "Avenida Windsurfing", which is how we could have known it would be windy :) In the hot summer it would probably have been great, but in late February, with 22-24 degrees, it spoiled the desire to go to the pool.

Family oriented resort. You can have access to Orkidea`s infrastructure without its crowds. Apartments were clean and well mantained. Helpful staff at reception desk. Lots of activities for children. Very nice promenade nearby. We even got a stroller for toddler without asking!

Apartments could use sme refreshment. Beds were uncomfortable. Plague of ants in the kitchen. Beside short promenade, few shops and hotel village there is not much to do around.

The room was literally 10m away from the ocean. Well equipped rooms, a bit tight between the table and kitchen top, but managable. Friendly and helpful staff, god bless 12,5 euro for lunch buffet and all other amenities. Breakfast is really good, only coffee is not on par, but still good enough

The entire complex is sort of an enclave and if you want to get a better taste of "local" life, you have to travel 5km to Maspalomas. There seems to be a good connection with public transportation though.

Morning staff working in the restaurant was amazing. As for 2 stars the hotel is beautiful, nice swimming pool, great choice for breakfast Great location in a quiet area where all you can hear is birds singing and the sound of the sea

The lady who was working at the reception when we arrived was unfriendly. I marked in the questionnaire that we will arrive between 22-23. and around 23:45 she issued me with the cancellation fee. When we entered the hotel she looked like she wasn’t happy we arrived, as she had to do work. Overall experience with her during check in wasn’t pleasant Difficult to find the parking place
