What an amazing little boutique hotel. It's punching well above its 2 star rating. The guys at reception were super friendly and helpful, from the welcome drink on. The rooms are clean and chic, the bed is very comfy, the Smart TV is a great touch, shower excellent. The best thing though, is the location. Walk directly into the best pinxto bars in town, to the beach, or jump on a rental bicycle and explore the entire San Sebastian. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the hotel.

Honestly, there isn't even a small nit pick for this hotel. It was a perfect experience.

The location is great, next to the old town and marina. Everything is walking distance. The apartment was great (we had side view, not the sea view), so it was quiet, beds very comfy. Kitchen had everything needed, plenty of plates and glasses, pans, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine! Local Lidl, with very nice local food, was 7min walk, so we could make our breakfast and dinner. For lunch we had local food, pinchos just view minutes away in the old town. Only negative was sockets, some of them were kind of damaged. Otherwise everything was perfect and the stuff was very friendly, we even had a welcome drink and local recommendations where to eat and what to visit.

Very confortable, great location, washing machine and dishwasher (including the cleaning products), pleasant staff always available to help, good TV size for the room.

Lacks a bit of kitchen cutlery and no salt, pepper, olive oil. No view (which was a bit unfortunate considering the price we paid), our windows looked out onto an elevated back alley which was at the exact same height as the apartment (2nd floor) and it's a pathway used by kids to get to their school so it can be quite noisy for a bit around 8 in the morning. The TV menus are quite hard to navigate (I had no idea what I had access to and other people's profiles were already setup in some places).

The room was fantastic - two bedroom, two bath with a view of the ocean from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. It had everything we would need including laundry. The staff was amazing and gave us an overview of the area and things to do. They loaned us towels for the beach that were plush and luxurious. The location was amazing - actually everything was. We were right on the beach and close to the aquarium, boat trips and Kayak rentals.

The only issue was the noise level because a lot of people hang out all night in front of the hotel. They were not yelling or anything, just talking, but there were so many of them because it is such a gorgeous spot. I did have to use my earplugs to sleep since I was in the beautiful room with the view in the front of the building.

The bed was too hard for our taste. The air-conditioning unit worked but sounded like a coffee machine, grinding then pouring water. We really should have reported it as it probably just needed servicing. We were upgraded to this apartment, but on reflection I would have liked to have seen the apartment we had booked. It was in the eaves, and my partner is tall so lots of bending down and hitting his head. It is a studio, not a separate bedroom which again is not something I would usually go for. Also, because it was in the roof, it just had velux windows, which were heavy and tough to open, so no view unless you ducked down into the eaves.

First, I liked that it’s a small hotel. When you have breakfast, it’s not like you are on a cruise ship, which the breakfast at big hotels is like. The room is small but quite comfortable. The bed was really comfortable with a duvet that’s not so thick to be hot (unlike other hotels)….one pillow sort of soft, the other sort of hard…..great shower. We had a ground floor room, which included a small terrace with table and 2 chairs - a delightful place to have a late night glass of wine….no coffee in the room, but it didn’t matter because the breakfast, which was served till noon offered a terrific cortada or cappuccino (or other coffees). The location is ideal - being in the port. It’s really part of the old town but so close to the water for a fabulous view.

Lovely little hotel right on the old town. Great position. Has lovely views over the bay and we had a really lovely room with a Juliet balcony. Very friendly staff and a small café selling breakfast, drinks and snacks.

It's right next to a school and steps to the upper level of the port so can be a bit noisy at school arrival and departure time. But it didn't bother us and its pretty quiet after dark. There is no outdoor seating space so. I do object to the hotel allowing a guest to fly a Palestinian flag from their balcony. A hotel is not a political forum whatever your views are

What a great hotel, tucked away on the side of the old town in San Sebastian. Fabulous views over the bay, and a quiet spot to enjoy. 8 of us parked motorcycles in a fabulous underground car park beneath the hotel, access by a hidden vehicle lift! Wonderful welcome, lovely staff, and great beers in the bar. We had dinner very nearby in old town, and a really good night's sleep. Rooms were very high quality, comfortable and spacious, with a great bathroom too. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh Spanish tortilla. I can't recommend this highly enough, what a fabulous location in San Sebastian!

Everything was brilliant!

The location is absolutely perfect with a stunning view! The apartment is big and spacious, parking is right on the street so you don't have to walk far ( remember to reserve the parking spot with them first! ). Close to all restaurants and historical landmarks.

With it being right in the center of everything It's pretty loud and noisy at night. For someone who prefers quietness like me I don't like that but that's more of a me problem. People that enjoy party, this is your place. People that enjoy somewhere quiet and hate the noise, you should probably pick somewhere else.

Honestly everything. Great location, great room, nice staff! We booked the apartment and it was perfect for us to do laundry and cool a little. It could have easily fit a family of 4

I enjoyed everything personally, I can’t think of a downside for our stay.
