A modern hotel with all facilities mentioned provided. The ability to change the temperature in our room was an added bonus, considering other properties regulate this. Coming back after a day of walking to a made bed was a luxury. Free parking on the street was also a bonus, no need to pay for parking. Public transport into the city is easy and convenient and a group of tickets can be purchased at reception fo 2 people to use.

We should have booked a room with a view and breakfast. When I tried to change the booking to include breakfast, I was refused. The cost of the breakfast was 19 Euro which is excessive and a little cheaper when making initial booking as a package. Even though the Hotel is out of town, public transport is easy as previously mentioned.

Very nice fresh hotel near San Sebastian, in a quiet and cozy area. Great for family accommodation. Friendly staff. Loved that you can stay comfortably with a pet.

There was some feeling of being in a hotel attached to a medical clinic. Perhaps this is because of the large number of medical facilities in the area. The rooms are cramped.

We were in Spain for two weeks lived in 5 hotels. This was without a doubt the best one. We got upgraded to a deluxe and I really recommend it. It was spacious very nice amenities. Crome cast on the TV. Very clean, great breakfast were you could get eggs to order. Coffee in the room etc. Good air conditioning where you could set the temperature to your liking. Nice view of the forrest. Good parking options close by.

If we’re picky, we would have liked some vegetables (like tomato, cucumber) on the breakfast, some other bread options and the juice could be a bit colder. But overall a very good breakfast experience. It’s not very close to the city center, but very good for us with cars and there are lots of garages in the city that we used when going in to the city.

Very nice location - little bit far from the center but very quiet location with nice views to the greenery. New and very nice designed hotel, very cosy and comfort rooms and restaurant.

NO service on breakfast - nobody to take away used tableware. All the waiters were hidden in the kitchen, not in the restaurant. But when they come out, they still ask you to room number - minimum 3x per breakfast. We get rotten stinky ham! No vegetable. By dinner it was the same - we ordered risotto from the menu card (the menu has only few items, about 5 items of main dish so not wide range) and the kitchen don´t have rice so we ordered another meal and the same anwer - "we don´t have it".... But one of the waitres was kind and willing, other two not.... The hotel has no parking, so in the evening there was problem to find place and you have to park in the street.

Great service, lovely design, very clean, excellent value and great location for Donostia-San Sebastian. We stayed with our dog and they were so accommodating. We had a separate area to sit with our dog while enjoying the delicious breakfast and they had left dog bowl, treats and a little dog blanket in the room when we arrived. The staff were so helpful and they arranged room service for us when we arrived after a long day of driving. They also offer secure indoor parking and another option is to park in the street opposite which is free and also safe. I can highly recommended!

We liked everything.

Our 2nd time staying at the fabulous hotel. Lovely, large rooms, comfortable beds, large well lit bathrooms, and a lovely aroma throughout (reminds me of some high end hotels I have stayed in). The restaurant offers buffet, or order by menu. Two Secure paid parking areas (garage & outside). You get a discount on outdoor parking if you reserve in advance, however, in January & the outdoor parking is free! It is not close to the Old Town or Gros neighborhoods of San Sebastián, but very close to the hospitals and doctors building on what I call “pill hill”. And it is a block from several bus lines, so you can get to Old Town or Gross very easily. A gracious and friendly staff. It feels like a high end hotel at very reasonable prices. My favorite hotel in San S. I would give you 10 stars if I could. We come here often, so we will be back! Thank you Tres Reyes!

Nothing at all!

A wonderful stop on our way to Southern Spain. A beautifully designed hotel, large rooms with nice amenities, very pet friendly. We ordered room service and it arrived promptly and was very tasty. All in all the ambiance was lovely, if not luxurious, especially for the price. Staff are very friendly and very accomodating. A nig thumbs up!

The roads around San Sebastian are confusing at the best of times. The hotel is away from the centre, and our nav system had us go down a one way street the wrong way to get there. There are no eating facilities anywhere near the hotel, but having said that, the food we has was very tasty.

Great location if your ok to take a bus into town. Personally we found it a great way of escaping the hectic tourist centre. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel was spotless.

The layout of the hotel was a bit odd - access to the pool through the indoor car park. Sun was gone from the pool area by 5.00pm. Not enough seating area around the pool.

Fab hotel interiors. Room was nice, restaurant was really good The all inclusive breakfast was €20 per person per day but this was pay as you go, or you could order off the menu so was good to have options. There is a bar area, and pool terrace which serves food all day and it’s very good. It’s just over 10 min drive from main area of San Sebastián or there is a bus.

We selected a premium room which was twin or large double, we contacted the hotel at the booking to choose a double and we had a twin when we arrived. They said they could move us to a double but that was an extra €20 a night. The room was the same but we got robes, free soft drink refill in the fridge and Nespresso coffee machine which was nice.

The property is well-designed and clean. The lobby is spacious and inviting, with a large table that makes it easy to work comfortably while enjoying a pleasant view. The staff were professional and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out processes the fastest I've ever experienced at a hotel. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, with a great shower to top it off. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant and were genuinely impressed with the quality of the food and service. One of the standout aspects was safety. When checking out I forgot some very valuable belongings in the safe in my room and left the city. The hotel staff tried to reach me, and when I returned their call, they assured me that my items were secured at the reception. When I went back to retrieve them, everything was exactly as I had left it.

The biggest downside would be the bed coverings. The duvet is not inside a proper cover; it's placed between two separate sheets. This means that by morning, the duvet ends up outside the bedsheets, which feels unhygienic since it's likely the duvet isn't changed between guests, only the sheets are. Everyone in our group noticed this and we were all disappointed. Additionally, while the breakfast was good, it could have been much better. The toaster was difficult to use, and the overall selection of options was limited. Still, it was a decent breakfast.
