We really loved the pool—there were always free sunbeds, towels were provided for free, and there was also a children’s pool. Most importantly, both pools were heated. What we appreciated the most was the amazing staff. When we asked to stay for an extra night, they made it happen effortlessly, and we truly felt cared for. Sending our best regards!

The rooms, furniture, and kitchen could use an update, but the bathroom has been renovated.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The entire building complex was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen in our apartment was better equipped than I have at home. During a longer stay it was possible to wash your clothes. Enough chairs around the pool and very clean. There is an entertainment program every evening. Fortunately, there were no noisy groups in the hotel, mainly elderly couples and families with children.

This was our second time staying in this hotel and we are very pleased to say the least. The location is very good. There´s underground parking available at the hotel at a charge.(I´d definetly reccomend) as it´s impossible to find a aprking spot on the street. Rooms: separate bed room, livingroom, kichen and bathroom. The workers work outstandingly hard and are very polite and helpful with any queries you might have. We appreciated the Happy hours in the bar. Thank you. We will definetly return again for our third time.

The hotel lived up to our standards, bar the missing AC that was definetly needed as it got very stuffy and hot at night.

All of the staff were great and loved the pool. Good location and public facilities.

The WiFi was very poor. The kitchen was a little tired. The laundry room didn't have sufficient machines for the number of users. We really didn't enjoy the 'entertainment' but maybe other people do. Not happy paying for the room safe at 1.50 euros per day. This is normally free.

Club Casablanca is very well maintained. We liked our room which was just as we asked for on the "special requests" section of the booking form - we were given a room on a high floor which faced on to the street (Calzada Martianez). It had a lovely big balcony and the room was well-furnished. A bottle of water was provided on arrival and kitchen was stocked with all essentials.

The only thing that was lacking was air conditioning (only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, nothing in the living-room). We weren't there in high summer so the ceiling fan in the bedroom was fine, but it would have been better if there also had been one in the lounge of the apartment.

Absolutely fabulous Appartments and restaurant. We Come here twice a year. Staff so friendly, restaurant prices are good!

That there is only one fan in bedroom??? Was very warm when we were there last week and no Fan in lounge/dining room????

Great location, apart from being at the top of a very steep hill, no good for anyone with walking difficulty/wheelchairs. Taxis are available for a few euro to take you to and from the hotel to the town

The room was huge! Big bed and great bathroom. Everything was super clean! Big balcony! The hotel has parking, where you have to pay 5 euros per day. We didn't have breakfast there. we recommend to go to Lago Martianez, which is 10 min walking. Be careful because the hotel is in the top of a mountain, and is difficult to go walking to the closest beach if you a with older people.

From the pictures, we imagine that we could use the gym, but no. It is payed apart from the hotel. And it is not inside the hotel. It is located beside it. So we got a little bit disappointed about that. Pool is closed at 8pm.

great position close to city and shopping center. possibility to eat breakfast and dinner at place and a nice bar also. Small warm up pool with lifeguard. Possibility to play billiard and green ball. Waiters (specially Giovanny) and ladies at reception where helpful! Will for sure go here again in future since rooms have all needed equipment and great view from balcony also

hotel parking costs 5 eur pr night - so we choose to park on street instead. Bar announced cocktails are too sweet so choose to stick to regular made mixed once!
