It was a nice apartment with small kitchen which allowed us to store an prepare our own meals. The place was clean and in good shape, with enough room to move around. The breakfast was good with different hot and cold options. We also liked that the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a couple pools and evening activities which are great for families

the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but would be fine for children. One can sleep on the sofa, and there is another single mattress that rolls out from below.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower is amazing.Nice pool side bar. Many activities planned during the night hours for kids. Beach is just 5 mins walk Eroski City ( Super Market ) is quite nearby ,in addition to local super markers. Many bars and food options are available on the nearby street. There is a free municipality parking where you can park free of cost , just a 5 mins walk from the hotel instead of paying 7.5 eur a day at hotel itself for parking

Wifi was a problem in our room. After complaining also it did not solve

- the reception staff were amazing, friendly and helpful - Large swimming pool suitable for children - lots of loungers to relax - the outside setting is very nice

- the housekeeping staff twice entered our accommodation while we were still there and it didn't matter if we were ready to welcome them, they just knocked on the door and came in, we felt unsafe and inconvenient - there are a lot of ants in the apartment - the last day we were bothered by mosquitoes all night - The soundproofing of the apartments is not good, I heard the sound of pulling the table, pulling the chair, the crying of children from the upper floor

Fantastic Kids club, every evening entertainments for kids, helpful staff, and quality of amenities, especially for families with younger children. Every day fresh breakfast served form8am to 11am, you can walk in and pay for breakfast, food served in the bar beside pool was always fresh food, hotel situated near beaches, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Hotel was clean, maintained every day, rooms cleaned every second day, two pools and one small for toddlers, Tennis club opposite hotel, my son was playing there and taking lessons.

Location was great 5-10min walking distance to shallow sandy beach. Our grand floor apartment had everything we needed right opposite of the pool. The breakfast was good and the staff nice. The hotel is proper family oriented which was the biggest value for our daughters. We had to push all our pre-planned activities in the afternoon cause they wanted to attend the kids club! And we had to return to the hotel by 19:30 cause they couldn't miss the evening games, dance, program and karaoke. Pab is a showman who entertained not only my girls but us too.

Only one thing really bothered me - the service at the restaurant in the evening was a mess. Waiters were walking between tables wondering who ordered the food or drinks they had on their trays. We had issues with our orders 4 days out of 5.

This was our first time staying in Santa Ponsa and just booked this hotel as the cheapest available self-catering and so glad we took that chance! It's a lovely hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool area was really good for the kids and for us to sit nearby and watch them. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, there was 2 single beds together in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment was nice and spacious with a big lounge, dining and kitchen area. We had a patio area with a table and chairs which was nice to sit out on. The pool bar/restaurant was great for drinks and hot food at lunch time- the nachos and chicken wings went down a treat! We had the breakfast one morning- €8 for adults €4 for children which was brilliant value. Really good variety and options to suit all tastes. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants but just slightly out the way so it's not too noisy. We will definitely book to come back when we plan another Santa Ponsa trip. The only negative- we had a ground floor apartment and the neighbours upstairs seemed to spend all night every night moving their furniture around which kept my husband and son awake at all hours- midnight/2am/4am- literally sounded like someone was dragging their bed around the room! So would definitely book an upper floor next time. Although there's no lifts (bare in mind if you have mobility issues or small children).

Excellent facilities and location the whole family of a range of ages had an amazing holiday here, Pab the entertainer is amazing with the children we really enjoyed his entertainment

We stayed from July 18th to 25th, and really liked the hotel; the entire staff was friendly and hospitable. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The evening activities were interesting for both children and adults. It's a 7-minute walk to the sea, the beach has clean sand, and the sea is very warm with clear water. The pool has warm and clean water, with depths ranging from 60 cm to 140 cm. The room was cleaned every other day, and towels were changed daily. On the premises, there are washing and drying machines for 3 euros. You can rent a beach towel for 2 euros, with a deposit of 10 euros. Breakfast is buffet-style, with choices including eggs, fried bacon, sausages, cheese, vegetables, fruits, muesli, flakes, yogurts, croissants, pancakes, etc. Everything was tasty and sufficient for us. There is a café on the premises that operates at lunch and in the evening, with a diverse menu and reasonable prices.

The hotel is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the beach of Santa Ponsa. It is equipped with everything you need to cook. It is almost an EROSKI shopping center. We always bought fresh produce and cooked ourselves. The boy PAB from Kids club was very good.

5 star service. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, patient and kind in how they helped make our stay a pleasant one. Before traveling I contacted them inquiring about their strollers (for the sake of saving other guests from corresponding about the same inquiries, I’ll include the answer here: they have strollers available to borrow during your stay. Yes the strollers have canopies to shelter your toddler from the sun, and yes the back does recline, so that your little one can nap). Joanna patiently answered all my questions regarding this. They also let us check out a bit later, so that we could still spend a few hours before our flight at the hotel. This was particularly nice, since our two year old was unwell. The staff in the restaurant and at breakfast were also extremely helpful and always smiling. The entertainment at night was impressive. Both the singer (he was a really good singer) and the gentleman entertaining the kids throughout the day and in the evening deserve standing ovation for their talent and efforts. The pool area was really good with tons of floating devices and lounge chairs. However, I would suggest having more than two parasols for that many guests. The pool’s deep end is actually in the middle of the pool, (1.40 m) which is nice in that it evenly distributes all the children in two ends of the pool, unlike a traditional pool where everyone is cramped together in the shallow end. For those concerned about potential noise from “the strip/pub street outside, we could not hear any noise from the street. The hotel is located 400 m from a beautiful sandy beach. The breakfast had gluten free options, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread and a toaster, 3 different kinds of fruit, 4 kinds of juice, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes, several kinds of cereals.

The cleaning of the rooms could be improved. It was making the bed, changing towels and emptying trash, and light mopping of the floor. No cleaning of shower, no wiping tables, and I had to sweep the floor as the cleaning team left the room one day, since it was still filthy. We are a family of four. We stayed in the bedroom with our toddler, and our teenager stayed in the living room. I placed the pull out mattress on the couch - as you could feel the bed frame through the mattress when laying on the pull out couch as intended. I don’t know how this would work with two people sleeping in the living room.
