Clean, quiet, excellent breakfasts, comfortable beds and rooms

They needed more umbrellas around the pool. Most staff were friendly apart from the pool cleaning guy who was very rude.

Amazing location its literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were excellent, really spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Only small downside was the cleaners didnt pay much attention to the do not disturb signs so most morning we were woken about 8am by cleaners coming into the room.

We loved the place and pretty much everything about it.. and we are quite demanding guests usually I have to say! Peaceful and civilised atmosphere, clean light rooms, very nice restaurant with great food for both breakfast and dinner which was open even earlier than officially was supposed to. Surprisingly high quality cocktails and very nice cheap sangria which is rear for hotels. 3 min to the beach which was gorgeous and if you walk along the sea line, you’ll see more fascinating views! Few min walk to town restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy. We celebrated my birthday in one of the seaside touristic cafes where you never expect good food but it was great! So yea, we highly recommend it for a nice good quality kids free holiday!

If I have to pick what wasn’t too good, then it was spa.. my partner got me a package with massage and facial.. the lady was very nice but clearly didn’t know what she was doing.

The room was comfy and better than expected (the hotel kindly gave us a room with jacuzzi, which was not included on our package), the pools and the employees were all really nice. The food was also mostly really good and healthy (the soup was incredible every day!!).

There are too few sun umbrellas by the pool. There are also people who put their towells on the chaira without using the pool or go there before the scheduled opening time. This is mostly a problem caused by the guests but I think that the hotel could have some control on this.

Property was very clean on arrival AND cleaned regularly by the friendly staff! Cannot talk about how nice the staff are enough! In particular those who work in the snack bar at the pool! They make a lovely iced coffee! Loved the balcony which was big enough to sit out on comfortably and the room size. The pools are lovely to sit out and the bar and kitchen staff really make you feel welcomed when sitting out for lunch. Very easy access to the town centre, one minute walk to the beach with shops and restaurants on equally as near.

Personally, I didn’t like how the rooftop pool only has a small vending machine right by the lift, so you have to go down a good five minute walk to get a cocktail but that’s a very minor grievance compared to the amazing property!

The room was clean and big enough, the bed large and comfy, great breakfast buffet, nice pools with varied sun exposure, good full relaxing massage, being able the hotel facility post checkout, the evening shows at the bar at 9pm every day, the location, free public parking not too far

No option for outdoor breakfast , the spa area was very smelly and so was the steam room every day, the sangria made with fanta an sprite, the hotel car park charged at £15 a day, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this hotel

I really like the staff in the restaurant. We got half board so our food was so nice and people who work there,Ricardo,Dolores,Mariana y Juana so so lovely people and caring ,I can see they like their jobs so genuinely lovely. Food was so good our chef Bernard. Thank you guys so work so hard but we appreciate it every gesture and smiles from you. The Spa was lovely as well with Sandra.

I didn't like that people who clean the room stole money from my purse. Obviously I went to complain but they didn't take seriously my complain because it was €24 only but it was annoying. Just be careful with that. Room cleaning.

Location great, breakfast and dinner is pretty much what you get when visiting other hotels in the area. Good selection of food. We opted for the Sunrise block and every morning you could get up and watch the sunrise.

We asked for a late check out as we had a late flight, we had to wait for the day before our departure if this would be possible which turned out not to be. Check out was at 11am, a little early. We paid for a premium room and although we got bath robes they were very small so couldn’t wear them also slippers were advertised with the room type but none supplied. The mini bar is an empty fridge. Lots of mosquitos, this isn’t the hotels fault but if you go I would advise some repellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and every evening there was something new and tasty for dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—from the reception desk, to the restaurant team and to the housekeeping. The location is excellent, just a very short walk from the sea. Another big plus is the large free parking area located nearby.

The pool and gym are only open between 10 AM and 6 PM, which might be disappointing for those who prefer to work out early in the morning. Also, breakfast is served relatively late, starting at 8. guests often reserved sunbeds early in the morning by leaving their towels, which made it difficult to find a free one later
