The room was very large with a huge bed. Large floor-to-ceiling windows too. The bathroom had an actual bath so I could have a good soak after completing my camino. The staff were really pleasant and helpful at check in and check out, and were happy to call taxis for us. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The main downside was the distance from the centre. You could walk it in 50 mins but after a full camino I didn't fancy it, so it was between 7.50EURO and 11EURO in a taxi each way, which soon adds up. Having said that, if you're on the Camino Frances it's right on the route.

Everything was great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was quite large and very clean. The bed was also very large and extremely comfortable. The room has individual climate control. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and well prepared, from fresh juices (not just orange juice, many more) to doughnuts to scrambled eggs and so much more. The view of the garden outside is very pleasant.

Expensive parking and we experienced problems accessing and leaving the car park. The staff were very good though in helping with these problems. Not impressed with the hot food provided as part of the breakfast buffet.

Fabulous hotel. Great staff, lovely food. Everything was excellent. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Nice towels. Just a really nice place to spend a couple of days after completing the Camino. Had a great massage there too.

Not the hotel’s fault but there were lots of loud bangs (fireworks? Bangers?) and loud music til really late - maybe a festival or something but if you like to sleep with the window open, bring earplugs in case.

The staff were impeccable, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once, it was affordable and well served (a good option if it's raining and you don't feel like leaving the hotel for dinner). Very easy and safe parking outside, so it's definitely a great choice if you have a car and want to avoid the hassle of parking in the city centre.

Not much negative feedback. Maybe the breakfast pancakes could be better.

All the staff were excellent, the reception team were always helpful. I arrived before midday and my room was made available which was very welcome as I was exhausted after walking the Camino. I speak very little spanish but I was reassured when speaking with reception, they all had a great handle on English. The breakfast was a brilliant start to the day especially for a long day of sightseeing in the beautiful city of Santiago, there was a fantastic variety of both the hot and cold selections and all options were identified easily with signage and all individually had serving spoons, therefore avoiding cross contamination. The bus stop to both city and the airport is conveniently a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The restaurant opening time for dinner was very inconvenient, 2030-2230 is a very late time to have food.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed check- in a bit earlier. Lovely restaurant and bar. Great mountain views for the 9th floor. Perfect last day before leaving Santiago de Compostela. Close to the airport. It was so nice we changed our plans to go out that afternoon and stayed the entire time at the hotel.

The customer service was excellent, so helpful, so generous and so polite and always ready to help at any hour, whether recommendations, bookings, facilities, everything. We wanted to check in early and they allowed us to check in instantly, we arrived early from the airport and it was around 10 and normally check in is at 3pm and we were able to check in around 10:30, 11 am I believe which was fantastic and so lovely of them. On our last day they booked a taxi for us and because we had to leave at 4:30am they prepared us little breakfast bags (fruit, sandwhich, yogurt and water) which was so kind of them, I have never stayed at a hotel with this level of hospitality and kindness. To say we felt welcomed is an understatement! All the staff were beyond accommodating, I don’t think any other hotel could match this level of customer service in a long time. Besides that they have a lovely pool, massage service which I wasn’t able to try but I think it’s probably great! And a lovely grand piano and live music band outdoors which was brilliant, lovely cafe with lovely food, I was able to take some up to my room. Cleaning services were great! The room was very clean, not a hair on the bed, no stains, very crisp and it had a lovely view. The location is great, 10 minutes from the centre by taxi, 15 minutes by taxi to the airport and taxi services are very cheap (was like 7 euros to the city) so we never took buses. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk and a variation of foods, the hotel are also happy to call taxis for us whenever and prebook too.

Honestly nothing that I didn’t like but I wish there were more charging ports to use in the room but we made it work either way, there are glasses for water but no mugs for tea and wasn’t a kettle however I was able to call room service and they very kindly brought a kettle up to our room which was lovely, I was also able to get my tea from the cafe and bring it up so those things were accomodated and quickly!

Very good breakfast, we used the free parking places on the road just opposite to the entrance. Restaurants and Taxi station nearby, taxi to the center costs less than 10 Euro. Spacious rooms and very clean. Friendly staffs.

Wlan was not good in early evening, later at night was better. We would like to have dinner in restaurant in hotel, but it opens only from 20.30 . Too late for us with children.

Everything about this hotel was excellent; the room was clean and spacious, and the staff that checked us was kind and polite and gave us plenty of information about the hotel. Their breakfast meals were full of varied options every day we came down to eat, which was daily. Hugo, one of the front desk staff, was very accommodating and offered to change our room when we noted that our room was quite a room during the day because of the sunset at the side where our room was located. This was not needed after we realized that by opening the window and the wind, the hot air circulated out quite quickly. We were scheduled to check out at 12.00, and our flight was at 18.00. We called reception and spoke with Hugo about paying for a few more hours until 15.00, so we could rest for a while. They accommodated us without any further charge. It was not about not being charged for those hours, but how it was offered, and that's why I would recommend this place as a place to stay when you visit Santiago de Compostella. P.s. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and city so much that I decided to start learning how to speak Spanish with Duolingo
