Great value for money hotel. In nice area, close to city centre and all major places of interest. They have great breakfast also, but bit expensive, especially for a child (17€). Also, chaos during breakfast, is a bit annoying (cleaning plates next to your head, really noisy). I would defintetly come back here, but without breakfast.

It was spotlessly clean. Good location for walking to city centre sights. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to park up in the underground car park beforehand and deposit our luggage in the hotels secure store.

The bedroom was too hot, and we did not sleep. We could not use the air con - heating system and even though the window did open, on the 11th floor, the heavy noisy traffic prevented us utilising it.

Brilliant stay, I would highly recommend upgrading to a suite! Given how warm it is in Seville, if one of you needs to come back for a siesta / rest , at least the other individual has the lounge area to relax in without waking the other up! We pre-booked breakfast, it was typically 07:30-10:30 I would certainly recommend it as there was lots of hot and cold options. There is a taxi rank directly outside the hotel, so it was very easy to get to and from the airport. We felt that the hotel was in a really good, quiet and safe area.

I loved the breakfast, lots of options. We stayed for 3 nights, it would be nice if there were some variations in the breakfast offering, particularly for individuals staying more than a couple of nights.

The room was comfortable, although the vibe is a little older/historic and less modern. Very spacious, double sink bathrooms, and very clean. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as the rooftop pool and seating area was nice. Super quick walk to the San Bernardo train station in Sevilla.

The room did not have coffee or double toiletries available when we first checked in, but the staff were quick to bring it up when we called. I think the price was a bit high for the stay, but perhaps that was due to it being Semana Santa and higher demand. Would stay again - great for a quick weekend in Sevilla - close to the center, but far enough out to be very quiet and charming (15-20 min walk from the center).

A beautiful hotel, reasonably well located (within 20 minutes walk of tourist centre of Seville). Very friendly and accommodating staff who were eager to deal with any issue that arose.

The only issue to take from our stay was the quality of the Wifi - continuously dropping out or stalling, particularly on our first evening in the hotel. When we notified reception of the issue, they appear to have done something as the quality improved - unfortunately, it didn't improve to the degree required to enable efficient and reliable use of it. They did e-mail us to enquire of our experience with the amended situation and offered to relocate us to another room where the wifi would be better - we declined as we were leaving the following day.

A beautiful hotel, with friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for excellent customer service. Our room was spacious and serviced every day during the earlier part of the day, allowing us to rest comfortably during the afternoons. Ordering dinner by room service, our food arrived promptly and was very good. Breakfast was a wide variety of hot food, cold meats and cheeses, cereal, fruits, pastries etc... a wonderful selection and absolutely worth it. The pool area is spacious and clean. The hotel is a comfortable short walk from the station where you can take the regular T1 line (tram) to town. The area is clean and safe to walk to the station. Be sure to visit the tourist center in town to learn about the transport card options available, which significantly changes the transportation costs. There's a supermarket cross the street from the hotel for any extras you want to pick up.

This hotel was awesome! First, the location...it is only few minutes walk from the tram station that leads you to the old part of Sevilla within minutes. If you prefer to walk (which we did the first day but later used the tram because it was too hot), it takes about 20 minutes by foot . The hotel itself is very nice, clean and quiet, with great front desk people and cleaning crew. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of varieties. The hotel has a pool on the third floor roof which came in very handy for hot Sevilla days. There is plenty of space in the sun and in the shade with a pool bar (great drinks) that serve food, which was very tasty as well. The rooms themselves were very spacious an clean. Overall....a great week stay in Sevilla

Is walkable to sevilles sights but is a little to far

The hotel is lovely. The entrance is very impressive. Rooms are a little dated but extremely clean. There are plenty of toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom . Staff are so polite and more than helpful. Location wise, it was a 10 min walk to the Alcazar, etc. It was handy having the cafe onside for a quick coffee or indeed breakfast as we did one morning. There is also a swimming pool on 3rd floor with a lovely terrace. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are a good size. They are well appointed. Some people criticize the location because it is far from downtown. I didn’t really find this much of an issue because there is a streetcar not far away that goes to the heart of the city. There are also plenty of restaurants around, grocery stores and even a coin laundry.

It is getting a bit dated and time for some upgrades. The breakfast is quite expensive as are the restaurants and for this reason we chose not to eat there. I also wish they had coffee in the rooms not just tea. I felt like they were trying to drive my need for caffeine to the expensive breakfast Buffett.
