From the street, the hotel looks very modest but this well-hidden gem is very clean, has an excellent breakfast, friendly bar staff and the room was very quiet due to the hotel being set back from the main road, yet situated in the Triana neighbourhood which boasts great value bars and restaurants as well as the famous Triana Flamenco Theatre. All of the main Seville tourist attractions are within easy walking distance despite being located on the other side of the Guadalquivir River.

There were nice views of the city from the rooftop bar but was disappointed that the sangria wasn't prepared freshly on site. The beds were comfortable but could have been a little softer for the price!

Pool shut despite weather (25°+) Charged additional due to Copa Del Rey final, despite not travelling for the occasion. Noisy in the evening (chairs being clattered in the courtyard)

Spacious double rooms with c. 7-foot wide King-size double beds, firm mattresses, and good housekeeping! Exceptionally good breakfast with plenty of choice - hot dishes, cold meats, fresh fruits (including dragon fruits), cereal, pastries, good coffee and fruit juices. All beautifully presented and attentive service.

The swimming pool was not open for the Easter holidays. The spacious roof terrace was very busy with non-residents on Palm Sunday (an exceptionally busy day in the religious calendar), which was understandable and there was no such problem on other days.

Beautiful hotel. Modern, clean, beautifully decorated and a chilled vibe. Downstairs courtyard was tranquil and perfect for an afternoon drink whilst the rooftop bar was perfect for a drink in the late evening sun. Our rooms were perfect. Big, comfortable beds (we had a triple room for 3 adults and a twin room for 2 adults). Nice big bathroom. The staff were very helpful and their English was good. Breakfast was fresh and varied and so reasonable in price! So pleased we had that option. It’s about a 20 minute, lovely walk to centre of the city. We mostly walked but was easy enough to book a taxi from the hotel as well. Uber also picks up from there. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Nothing! Couldn’t fault it.

The room was modern and clean upon arrival. The hotel had a rooftop bar which was a perfect place to relax after a day of sight seeing. The staff were very friendly and very attentive in both the rooftop bar and the restaurant area. Location was good, even though it was a little further out than expected.

The pool was not open during our visit (pool opened in June). For us this had little impact on our stay as it would have been too cold to use the pool anyways. However, the following weekend temperatures were to rise dramatically, so not having use of the pool would have been frustrating. Breakfast was good, however it was extremely busy. There were many free tables, however they had not been cleared, so had to wait to get seated.

Great location in the Triana area and close to the river and all tourist attractions … Clara at reception and Jose Manuel at the pool were both excellent and need to be congratulated on their great and friendly service … Beds v comfortable and rooms lovely and clean ..

Couldn’t buy food on the roof terrace & when it was busy and they were hosting external events service was incredibly slow .. tables out the front of the hotel needed to be wiped down…

Location and size of hotel in a quiet area but easily accessible to sights. Nice social spaces which did smell incredible. Good amenities, relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast choices. Parking underneath hotel until 4pm on date of check out. Restaurant looked good, although we didn't use at all. Great rooftop pool and bar area. Clean, well equipped room. Shutters on the windows ensured a restful night, along with comfortable bed and pillows. Would use this chain again, this having been our first experience.

Cannot think of anything.

First and foremost the staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and all happy to put up with our poor attempts at speaking some Spanish. Jose and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful at the poolside. I would go as far as to say that the Seville Zenit staff are the best we’ve met at any hotel over the years. The hotel is immaculate and placed in Triana where there are plenty of great places to eat and experience local tradition. The entrance to the hotel is off the main streets where there is a lovely courtyard and shady seated area with great restaurant which offers a calmness from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Although set in the old town the hotel is a short walk across the Isabel II Bridge to the main part of the City.

Nothing worth noting

Hotel is modern, clean and calm. We loved the rooftop pool area, great space to be able to enjoy the sunshine. We had a two bedroom apartment which was adjacent to the hotel. Very spacious and ideal for the three of us. It is well equipped too. We had breakfast in hotel too, did the job for us. Maybe make it known to customer that you can order eggs and ensure food areas are always stocked otherwise perfect. The pool and pool bar are operated by a third party. It’s a great space, however, not a big area and if full you have to wait for a bed - which didn’t bother us as we would sit in the sun til available. Majority of pool staff were fantastic, Christian and Carmen in particular.

Housekeeping arrangement for apartment stays, one was included for our 5 days stay but the timing of it didn’t make sense. After discussion, it was resolved with the hotel. One or two bar staff need to improve their customer service and smile a bit more too.

Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring beautiful Seville! The hotel had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Spacious breakfast room with lots of good options - friendly and helpful breakfast staff too! Pool not open until the summer but the rooftop lounge area and bar can still be accessed to chill with a drink or 2. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves.
