The hotel is very close to the City of arts and sciences, with good connections to the City center by bus. Within a walking distance there is a street full of restaurants, as well as the Turia park, the hotel itself is within the Aqua mall. The room was big, as well as the bathroom, which was fitted with a bath, everything very clean and with towels changed regularly. The room was cleaned daily and we got small water cans a couple of times. The front desk kept our luggage before the room was ready for check in during the first day, and after the check out during the last day, which I really appreciated.

The biggest downfall was that the wifi did not work for our entire stay of 6 days, and the front desk said it had not been working for at least a week prior. They said it was a Vodafone issue in the area, but I am not sure anyone really tried to fix it. The breakfast was rather poor for the cost, with no fresh vegetables and little variety of cheese. The coffee had just 2 options to choose from - simple coffee and americano, fruits were good though. Breakfast was not mandatory, which was good.

I recently stayed at Ilunion Aqua 3 in Valencia and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better—it's situated within the same building as a commercial center, so shopping and dining options are just steps away. Plus, the famous Oceanografic aquarium is right across the street, making it easy to explore one of Valencia’s top attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh options to start the day. And the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with any requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. For anyone visiting Valencia, I highly recommend Ilunion Aqua 3 for its convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.

Excellent location, there are 3 bus stops near by-35, 94 and 99, the first two will take you to the Ciutat Vella and tha last one to the zoo and to Malvarrosa beach. Also the hotel is very near to the Oceanic, El Corte Ingles and Saler. The room was with excellent anccessiblity if you have reduced mobility, like my mom. 24 hour reception - great if you arriving late like we were, the staff was so kind and helpfull, they spoke excellent English

It would have been prefect if the room had mini bar or refrigerator

It was close to the center for arts and science, room was cleaned every day, and during week-days food for breakfast is nice.

Food options in the hotel Ilunion Aqua 3 during the weekend were awful. Food was distasteful and not fresh, very limited options. Also, the walls in the hallways and in the rooms are so thin, you could hear other people all the time.

The location was great and round the corner you can rent some bikes and if you follow the gardens it takes U straight to city centre, like a 10 mins walk probs not even that to the aquarium and science centre. The views as well were amazing

Very clean and modern hotel, staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially overwhelmed by the cleaning staff very friendly and detailed. You will get to the beach by bus line no 19. If u get an app called free now works like UBER, to the city center I have been charged 7.80 euro, but check the drivers and their review as one overcharged me going from city center to the beach... Different money on the meter and 3 Euro more taken by the app... Hotel is located above the shopping center, 10min walking distance to different shopping mall , hemispheric, museum of since and and oceanographic. In the Museum of since you will spend quite a lot of time so don't book any other attractions that day.

Unfortunately one of the guests at the same floor thought they were home and kept their door constantly open for kids to run on the corridor back and forwards shouting really loud, during our last night they especially been playing opening and closing the door with their card for quite long. But that's nothing to do with the hotel it was most parental issues... The only thing I was missing in the room was the kettle..

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the Oceanografic, Ciutat de les arts i les sciencias, Hemisferic, Gulliver Parc. The room was clean.

The walls were quite thin so you could hear if the other guests were noisy. The bathroom had a glass door that could not be ermetically closed (nor did it have a key).

We liked the location but if you are planning on only visiting the old city then it's not so handy as it's a bit far away. Public transport is excellent and we walked to the beach several times. Turia Park is beautiful. It's about a forty minute walk through the park to the old city.

Breakfast was reasonable. Boiled eggs would have been nice. The instant scrambled eggs was tasteless and the coffee was bad. If you have a sweet tooth then you're OK. The air conditioning is controlled centrally. It got quite cold in the middle of the night.

The hotel is in a wonderful position. It is situated 10 minutes walking from the city of art and sciences, 20 minutes from the old town by bus and 15 minutes from the beach by bus. The bus stop is right down the street. A big mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket, is directly connected to the hotel. There are also additional restaurants and cafes walking distance with plenty of vegetarian options as well. A pharmacy is also around the corner. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Julia at the reception desk was the best and she helped me a lot throughout my entire stay. The room was comfy and clean.

There was no fridge and no coffee machine in the room. Also when asked for additional toiletries there were none available.
