It has a lovely old charm feel. A little on the dark side. Rooms not very big for international travellers with 2 suitcases. We arrived at 4.05 to be told our room wasn’t ready & we should go to the roof top to wait.. after a long travel time we were Not pleased with this. The girl at check in wasn’t very friendly or helpful about it however a gentleman stepped in & offered us a free drink at the bar while he sorted it.

The hotel is really beautiful and has a lovely vibe inside. The staff were really friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was beautiful. The decor and staff friendliness, as well as location made this a great visit.

We chose the hotel because it was the only one I could I find with the rooftop pool available this time of year, though whenever we went up, it was either closed off, or someone was repainting and we couldn't get some nice pictures in but maybe that's due to the time of year.

My husband and I stayed here on a trip to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is in a great location. Less than a mile to Plaça de l'Ajuntament, Valencia Nord train station, La Lonja and the indoor market. We loved the decor, the breakfasts and the rooftop bar. We didn't use the pool as it tended to be busy while the pool was open and there's wasn't that much space for lounging. The service was excellent from start to finish. After a minor mix-up with our breakfast order (nothing that we were even stressed about - just one of those things) the restaurant manager insisted on treating to cocktails that evening.

The area around the pool is small and if you're lounging after a swim you're really close to other guests. Drinks in the hotel bar are very, very expensive. We ate out every evening so we only really had maximum 2 each at the hotel to end the day. There are lots of eateries and bars nearby so if you stay here you have other options.

Perfect position in this beautiful city. Rooms gorgeous and staff exceptional especially Christian at front desk. Breakfast perfect. Loved this hotel. Even had a pool on the roof.

Beautiful inside and out. Divine breakfast and orange juice in abundance. Coffee excellent. Front desk Christian and Hugo were great and v friendly. In a great central position. Pool on 6th floor roof was immaculate. Thanks to everyone. Loved my 3 night stay. Xxxxx

Unable to think of anything - but it was above my usual top price - and delivered.

- central location - comfy beds and tastefully decorated - delicious breakfast - almost all staff are amazing esp the female manager with the black suit and the bartenders at the rooftop bar - reasonably priced and tasty drinks - lovely pool (albeit chilly!)

- no mirror in bedroom, big problem for 2 women sharing - I wasn’t asked if we enjoyed our stay by the receptionist when I settled up paying the bill. Unprofessional - need a couple more sunbeds

Great hotel with very nice rooms. We celebrated a short honeymoon in Valencia. The hotel staff and receptionists were all very kind and helpful. Special thank you to Martina from the front desk who managed to make us feel even better in an already very special weekend. She was also such a great help in exploring Valencia and even assisted us with booking restaurants that we would have never found ourselves. Thank you and hope to return soon!

The interior is simply fantastic - perfect work of decorators, very clean style in all details. Visually, the hotel is 10 out of 10 - starting with the rooms and ending with the lobby and rooftop pool and rooftop bar. Excellent! Also cleanliness and bed comfort 10 points. The cocktails at the rooftop bar were great!

The TV did not work in our room, but the hotel kindly offered to change the room, which we did not use, because the TV was not too relevant for us. In any case, it does not match the level and price of the hotel. One day they came to clean the room at six in the afternoon and forgot to replenish the toilet paper.

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff on checkout was very alert and informed us about trains not functioning due to floods because of which we took a cab to Barcelona just in time.

There was a garbage station outside hotel doors that often stank of rotting trash. Maybe they can move it away from the hotel.

Very close to all the sites we wanted to see, we could either walk or take the Metro everywhere around the city. The staff were very accommodating with our need to store luggage & very informative about hotel amenities & city sites. It was very hot & they had a water station with cold water in lobby which was very necessary & appreciated!

They were having some wifi issues during our stay. Also one of the days I woke to jackhammer noises. There are no interconnecting rooms but that was not a huge concern as my children are teenagers.
