Everything. You could have a couple more handicapped parking spots.

I’ve stayed at Sonesta many times in the last 5 years. At EVERY ONE the front desk people have had to replace our key cards on numerous occasions. I know that will happen from time to time but numerous times on every stay. That’s SO FRUSTRATING. The problem is your staff at every place we’ve stayed are excellent employees and this malfunction casts an unneeded shadow over them. Update your systems. I’m not the only person that notices this. I talked with people at every place I’ve stayed and all had card problems. Georgia, Missouri, Tennessee, Arizona all the same problem. Repairs can be written off. Get it done please.

The location of the hotel was great as it was easy to get to the freeway and shopping stores. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The showers did not look clean at all. I went out to the store to buy some cleaning products just to clean the shower before using. The air conditioning in our room would not get cool. The room was so stuffy and muggy. There was so circulation of air in our room. There was a $5 for parking, which was uncalled for, when there were people living out of their car parked in the back of the hotel.

The room was spacious and generally clean. The pool area was nice and quiet despite being surrounded by a highway. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Our room was not ready so we got an upgrade :)

Our room was not ready so we got an up with a balcomny, but the balcomny was not finished and looked like an ashtray for the outdoor workers. We did not have our room cleaned one day at our request, but the next day it got missed. The housekeeping woman came immediately when I asked for fresh towels and cofee. She was VERY generous with the amenities. the ice machine was on the first floor. I think some remodeling was not finished.

This hotel is very clean it was very quiet and accommodating.

I did not like the audacity of being charged $15 for a small frozen sausage biscuit. There were no condiments for guests like salt pepper ketchup mustard packets things like that that would have been helpful. It also would be helpful to have a microwave on each floor since there's no microwaves in the room one microwave in the lobby of 100 plus rooms makes no sense. And you need to put a sign up letting people know that there is a button on the microwave that they have to push to unlock the door before they can open the microwave again.

I didn't have breakfast, but the aromas coming from the breakfast area were nice in the morning. The location had a little bit of everything all around. I'm not sure if it was just that I was there at an odd time but I didn't notice the Commons food/beverage area open at any time other than smelling breakfast smells in the morning.

My room was directly in front of the elevator and I found the noise level to be not-great. Also felt like I could hear other guests both in the hallways and possibly in adjacent rooms more than I'm accustomed to in other properties, so just made a point of being quiet myself. As far as cleanliness, mostly A-OK but I did notice someone's used contact lens on the floor of the bathroom.

I initially booked this reservation for the location, but I consistently had great interactions with the staff here. Everyone went above and beyond when I needed help with anything, and the night time gentleman had especially great customer service. I will definitely book another stay with this hotel if I am back in the area in the future.

The room was a little bit dirty but nothing terrible. Carpets could use a cleaning as the carpet in my room looks like it has a blood stain or something.

Quick response from guest services for the room not being totally ready when we arrived. Dirty towels were left in the closet and the bathroom was not stocked.

The fact we had a not ready room when we arrived and had to ask guest services to come in and get dirty towels and restock the bathroom. The five dollar a day parking pass that was not advertised. It was not in an area where parking spaces are a concern such as downtown. It was like a hidden fee and felt like a rip off.

VERY comfortable beds!! Soft sheets and nice padding, clean comfortable carpet, TV was huge and on an awesome swivel mount, plenty of closet space and two drawers. Very clean and updated, awesome pool and spa. Pet friendly but no grass to speak of for them except in the courtyard.

HORRIBLE breakfast and coffee, completely inedible. The balcony was sagging/tilting downward and the railing held on by silicone, not a safe feeling at all; even the floor inside the room was sloped. Shower was very narrow and strange toilet felt like a port-a-potty, but clean.

The clean atmosphere

The front lady who checked my boyfriend and I in at 4 had a serious unwelcoming attitude. I work hospitality, so even smiling and saying “ Have a great stay “ would’ve made us comfortable. She had attitude and didn’t say much.. After hours, the guy working front desk was the same unfortunately. I kindly asked if there were any extra cots for my guest and he said “I don’t think so”.. Without double checking he jumped right to saying that he didn’t think so.. My stay was great, but the staff could use a little more nicer attitude.

The front office staff were friendly and answered all the questions we had. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a coffee bar in the lobby to buy coffee (e.g. Starbucks) in the morning which was perfect to not have to leave the hotel.

The TV did not allow you to use the applications (e.g. Netflix). It continued to say that there was no Wifi connected; however, the wifi was available to use on phone and laptop. The cleaning crew came knocking on the door before 11am requesting we leave the room to check out. When staying at a hotel, I prefer to not be rushed to leave my room if I am paying to have it until 11am.
