The beds are very comfortable! Almost impossible to want to get out of comfortable. My room was large very spacious , nice view, jetted spa tub with separate stand up shower , room included Robes and a mini fridge and ice bucket. Living room sitting area had a large television and our separate bedroom down a long hall way had its own large television as well! Staff was accommodating, when I needed a luggage cart at checkout they were kind enough to bring it all the way to my room on the 3rd floor .

I’m not sure if it’s because I went on a certain day or if it’s always as is, but two complimentary breakfast passes came with my room reservations, however the morning I decided to redeem my passes there was juice cereal milk fruit and pastries and coffee , nothing more then a light breakfast. I guess I was expecting entrées too like bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, omelette type choices too but overall wasn’t bad .

Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Loved the happy hour (complementary wine, beer, berries, cheese, and corn nuts)! The property was quiet and our room faced away from the street The staff was super lovely We ordered burgers from room service Nice relaxing pool area Breakfast went until 10:30am We loved our stay and would stay here again for sure

The hot tub was out of order, and seems to have been for quite some time :/ Breakfast was basic and could be stepped up a notch by adding or scrambled eggs and potatoes, but it was still nice to have breakfast options and the staff was attentive

FREE convenient parking, clean room, spacious bathroom, large TV, dresser, two sinks in bathroom, large shower, shower gel, hand gel, complimentary breakfast with fruits, tea, coffee, eggs, croissant. tea packets & coffee in room. close to my family in Sunnyvale, trader joes, the farmers market, restaurants. Excellent location.

the hot water for tea was not hot enough (in room for shower & for the tea at breakfast), the breakfast room was not vacuumed, the utensils for the boil egg was too clumsy & awkward, the bread selection was not great, croissant was not good, had better at Costco, breakfast room w/ large windows overlooking pool was nice, lastly perhaps a bathmat & more towel bars in the bathroom.

The property was great! The location was exceptional, a lot of places were walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable to walk around freely. Bed was really comfy , love that they had a soak tub. Also loved that there was a guide for the tv makes the watching experience a lot more simple.

The elevator had some issues and thankfully was working when I needed it to check out. Breakfast is more a a snack bar but still cool to have. Better than no breakfast , had some fruit the morning of checkout :)

Location. Food options are just across the street. Walking neighborhood is very recommended and doable. Also just driving along the main street one can reach many good spots. Room was really spacious, even the bathroom! That was a plus. Breakfast is super, however, it doesn't change day to day so after two days in a row it won't feel attractive to the palad.

Beds were TOO soft and elevator didn't work sometimes. Also, hot water is not kept warm. It goes warm toward room temperature.

stayed in this hotel on our way from Big Sur to SFO. All we wanted is a quick check-in and check out, comfy and a breakfast. The hotel exceeded our expectation: - very spacious room - you can open a window in the room! Normally, in the hotels the windows are sealed. Here we enjoyed sleeping without an aircon. Please note that will work only if your room faces the pool - there are some nice smelling flowers in the yard around the pool so the air coming to the room is quite fragrant - good variety for breakfast. Better than at the pictures - nice teas and coffee available round the clock at the dining area

Bathtub and water pressure fabulous. Great view of poop with palm tree. Extremely comfortable beds, perfect after a week of traveling and a long trip. Gave me late checkout nice as I was tired and arrived at 12 15am.

Lifted up washcloth and 1 inch black hair was there. Small curly head hair under mirror on back of sink counter. HIrdryer nice and strong, in a silk bag. Container soaps on shower wall but no more body wash. Breakfast is only till 10am and I needed it till 11am so I could sleep in. Front door to hallway has space under it; a criminal could run a wire under it and un lock the door. Male towel guy knocked at 11 30 am despite me having the Do Not Disturb sign on door.

The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was clean and relaxing.

The beds could've been a bit more comfortable. More lighting in the bed area. The kitchen burners needed to be tweaked a small amount because one burner was super slow on heating water to a boil while the other was quicker.

The place is really clean and the room is clean and the breakfast really good I recomend any body to this hotel do it.
