Clean and comfortable

Staff was not very accommodating. I booked 2 rooms and ask if we could have them close together. I was told at booking that if I checked in early they could arrange that. I went to the hotel as soon as I got to town to check in and I knew it was to early to get in the room I just wanted to make sure I got the rooms close. It was around 1:30 pm. I was told I could not check in at that time to early. I came back at 5 and ask if we could get our rooms close they said they would. He said the rooms were 2 doors apart. The rooms were not at all close 321 and 330. Very disappointed.

The service staff was exceptional! In my humble opinion, Jaime is an irreplaceable asset to this organization and should be promoted to a managerial position within the Quality Inn & Suites Boone University location without hesitation or delay. Jaime exemplifies careful attention to detail in every sense of the word and is exceptionally kind in every way describable. She has made our experience most enjoyable and memorable for over two weeks of our stay here at the Quality Inn Boone! I wish you had a better selection for breakfast. The orange juice was bitter. I wish you had small containers of the juices and small cartons of milk, whole and 2%. Better selection of fruit. Bagels were frozen. More boiled eggs and even like egg/muffin sandwiches, different boxes of cereals.

Plus, I became a member of the motel and was disappointed that the price of the rooms were not lower than going on the internet and doing a search and places like booking.com had cheaper prices!! I have stayed 4 times since Dec 2023 and I was hoping to build some kind of credit so I could get bonus free rooms or better prices…..bummed!!!

Great price for location, comfort, Continental breakfast and fantastic customer service.Traveling with my little dog, this hotel was accommodating for a small pet fee. And having an indoor pool is a nice bonus, it was clean also.

Some minor things replaced would be an enormous upgrade, such as old carpets in the hallways and very dim lighting in the rooms. However, for the price paid everything was clean and bug free so it's good for me! Simple breakfast without much to offer for those with celiac but it's free so dang really can't complain, they kept the coffee full which is most important lol

Location was nice, staff was great, and the price was good. Overall good stay, but wouldn't be at the top of the list to stay at again.

Breakfast could have been better, but the staff working was helpful. The room could use some attention from maintenance, PTAC air handler was noisy - it had a rattle that wasn't really loud, just incredibly annoying and always there. The sink needs an aerator back on the faucet, if you turn the water on to wash your hands and don't know it's missing and then you're soaked - No reason HK wouldn't know this and flag it for maintenance. Lastly, the GFCI receptacle in the bathroom didn't work, could be a breaker, could be end of life for the unit, this too should be checked by HK when they turn rooms around and notify maintenance if there is an issue - wide had to do her hair by the bed instead of in the bathroom.

Good for the price and accommodating my little dog, clean facilities even with the fact there were many people with dogs, no dog smells at all. The breakfast was good, its the regular free hotel breakfast and there were a variety of options and coffee. Being celiac, there's not much I'm able to eat from hotel breakfast but they had boiled eggs, yogurt, peanut butter and fruit which is enough for me! Overall good stay, great location and fantastic customer service 😃

The only thing I think could be better is to have coffee served in the lobby area and not only in the breakfast dining area. This is because I had my little dog with me and was unable to get myself a cup of coffee when I took him for his early morning pee. I couldn't get my coffee until after I took him back to the room because there is a strict policy on animals being in close proximity to food and/or dining areas.

It was a good place to stay. The cleaning staff was really nice they helped me and my grandchildren when we needed towels, and they always greeted us with a smile. My little one would say Nana, that lady was nice

I got sick and went to my room before I could get back. One of the staff members went into the pool area and asked my grandchildren if they could read. I left my oldest grand with them until I could get back. I wasn't gone that long. I just went to take some meds

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The tub drain gaskets missing causing lost off water. Ceiling above bed damaged. AC not functioning correctly. Microwave dial missing. Frig temp control missing . Food has froze

I like the overall cleanliness most important. The price was very fare . Staff ( Mark) Was very processional , accommodating.

Location to the venue and the manager was awesome personality!!!

Not enough parking and partially due 2 hotels side by side. It was just a place for us to sleep after the concert, however for a little over 200 for the night, value, we were safe and you can't put a price on that. We did say it's fine for a night but I wouldn't stay there a week. Also needs more outlets and USB charging ports at night stand.

The evening and morning staff were EXCELLENT! Cudos to the front desk!!!

The refrigerator was locked up with ice. The coffee at breakfast was so weak it had no taste and I prefer weaker coffee to strong. There was no connection in the room for phone charger. I brought my cord but not the adapter, expecting to use one on the nightstand or lamp. Next time I’ll know to bring my own.
