Very beautiful facility

The price galging! If you use your credit card, beware!!! They put additional holds every time you use your credit card on all charges. In addition, parking is $25 a day. Will not stay there again

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Zero complaints regarding the room itself. Staff presented itself very professionally. Location is conveniently located near downtown Charlotte. Rooftop bar was a nice bonus. Make up wipes were brought up to our room promptly after requesting some.

My wife had called for wash cloths and towels 3 separate times over the course of 2 hours and none were brought up to our room after being told they would be. I had to go to the front desk where I finally received some towels, but was informed that they had run out of wash cloths. I also dislike having to pay for parking. I was not made aware of having to pay for parking until after I checked in. Throughout our entire trip, the hotel was the only location we ended up paying for parking, even when visiting downtown. At the very least it should be included in room cost.

I liked the size of the room, I wish it had a microwave just in case I needed to warm some food. The shower was a nice size, and I loved the in-shower products

I was not impressed with the parking lot. I had to get a ticket every time I came into the lot, because the card reader didn't work upon entry. The first night the shower was comfortably warm. The next day the water would not get hot at all. It wasn't cold, but it would not get comfortable. The cost of breakfast buffet, if not included does not aligned with the quality or variety of food. If it's included in the stay, then it's perfect, but not for an additional $25

Checkin, front desk Courtney, upon arrival she said my credit card was declined. I was very surprised, I have a Visa Gold. After she tried many timed finally she said it went throught....it was very embarrasing. Last nite I stop by a young caucasian guy at the front desk and inquired about late checkout , he was taking a long time to answers, ask my email my room number, wanted to see my hotel key. I left. When I returned I asked again about later checkout and he said it was ok, that he ADD one more day on my stay....I was furious....I asked if he was out of his mind and he would pay for what he did.$$$$ Thats when Mr Bryan steped in and solved the situation. I felt that they dont like older people and foreigners.... Never saw something like that ....

All the staff was courteous. We especially liked the customer service that Devine provided in helping us getting the room setup for us for our stay. She helped us to have a very memorable experience at your property! We liked that the hotel was close to everything in the city and good food on site. The view was really good from our room.

Also the room was nice, we chose the Sheraton specifically because of the reputation the hotel has for great mattresses. We had stayed at the Sheraton a couple of times before and nothing has matched the first time as far the comfort of the mattress. So this time the mattress was a little too firm and we could feel the coils every time we moved.

The room was very nice. The restaurant/bar was good and the staff in the restaurant/bar were absolutely fantastic. The location, while not actually in uptown Charlotte, was very good and only a short walk to the more active parts of uptown.

The elevator bank had four elevators, but two were inoperable during our entire stay. That led to long waits for rides, and jam packed elevators once one finally arrived. It was disappointing the room did not include a microwave. The refrigerator was nice, but it would have been better to also have a microwave to heat food.

My wife and I celebrated our 6th anniversary by taking in a Suns game in Charlotte and staying at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. The location was PERFECT if your attending a game at Spectrum Center, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Bank of America, or one of five different wonderful Museums. Seriously the price is perfect and so close to many of the things I feel people go to Charlotte to visit. Our trip was supposed to start on the 5th but due to unfortunate and unforseen circumstances we were not able to get there till almost 10 pm the next night. The hotel manager was very understanding and was willing to help us out. This is rare in today's hotel world and I understand the whole insurance thing which is helpful. But it's also nice that there are still people who understand that life happens as well. This was one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in during our travels. The young man at the door to the two young men at the front desk were nothing but extremely friendly and helpful with anything that was needed. If every hotel had staff as welcoming and hotel as clean as here life would be so much better when on the road. We've decided that this will be a trip which we will make several more times and there is no hotel that we will be staying at than Sheraton. I'm really not getting the negative reviews about the hotel because I promise we didn't see one thing that is stated on the reviews. I have no problem posting if something is not up to it's standard but I just didn't see it here. I promise you want be disappointed if you give them a chance. I unfortunately didn't take any photos of hotel but have attached a picture collage of distances from three of the places I mentioned to show just how perfect the location is. Thank you to all the staff which helped made our anniversary trip even more enjoyable than what was expected.

Oh man , so much. We'll with the fact the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, oh man th he showers were fantastic, my son were taking 2 a day! The breakfast was phenomenal, and when I mentioned th he ice machine didn't seem to be working, it was taken care by the time I was back. And the view was fantastic. The staff including Bella and Ron were super helpful at the desk. Definitely want to come back

Small quibble, and mostly my fault. But it took me to the second day to figure out the lights in the bathroom 🤣

The room was great for 4 people. Double bed with a TV, mini fridge, shower head, and lots of lamp plus a big mirror. Great distance location around downtown Charlotte. I checked, and it was 0.7 miles from downtown. My sisters like the atmosphere , the game room next to the bar & grill.

I feel the mini fridge could have been a little cooler or bigger. The room was great, but if you are on a lower level like mine, 2nd floor and the back. You will not have a view. I am a view person, this time it was a missed. The room temp. was going up and down, so I was stuffy the whole night.

Chuck, the Valet attendant was excellent. He helped me through the checkin process and even walked my bags up to the room. This didn’t happen the last time and while it wasn’t needed, it wss such a nice gesture. Mr shuler showed just a little frustration with some of the checkin process at the front desk but was very helpful after. I’ll always choose this hotel when I’m in Charlotte. The room was clean and fresh. I felt safe and appreciate everything.

The parking is a little far but there’s not much to do about the design.
