The room was clean and as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby was under construction. There was no access to a workout room or breakfast. Parking was limited due to painting the lines so one section was roped off. These are all temporary inconveniences while they improve the facility.

I liked the location very much.

The only thing was with all the updates we didn’t have a hair dryer and one was needed.

Very Clean and spacious.

The shower head leaked where the head meets with the pipe coming out the wall. The water shot over the shower door and wet all of my clothing that was laid on the sink. The tv/cable wasn't the best. Felt very limited.

They were remodeling during my one night stay so the outside was a little easy BUT the Suite was EXCELLENT… that is all I can say except during the remodeling phrase they offered suite for 85$ that night. EXCELLENT since rooms within that area ranged from 150 to 250 p/ night 😊😉

Front desk staff member. Her name is Shaneka , very pleasant , very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and places to dine and things to do . From our first encounter over the phone to in person she was more than willing to assist with our needs. Shaneka is most definitely an asset to this establishment. Warm and welcoming smile with an awesome personality exemplifying the perfect way to greet /welcome guest to your establishment The housekeepers did a good job with cleaning the bathrooms ,emptying trash and making the bed with new linens daily and providing fresh towels, this was done with out requesting which was definitely a plus during our stay. I also would like to mention there were valuables left in our room and we were out most of the day sometimes night and when we returned our valuables were still where they were left. I mention this to say we had total peace of mind during our stay . I would definitely give this hotel 4 1/2 stars out of 5 !

If I must say something it would be the bed could use some improvement perhaps a mattress topper to improve comfort .

The stay room was real clean everything look clean .

The lady at the front desk she was rude and I can tell she is new . I was very patient when checking in she told me I haven’t pay at all wen I show her my card and confirmation number it was paid then another lady came to help her and then she saw it . I just didn’t like the fact she was saying it’s not paid for it decline 2 times . Common sense tells u I can’t get no confirmation number without paying for it just pull my confirmation number up . Another guy was paying for his and said the same thing . Please make sure y’all train y’all new front desk staff better 🤦🏼‍♀️. It was a lady with accent happened to work Friday 3pm 2 of them on that shift.

Good price, Remodeled room, great bed, great location and a friendly staff.

No breakfast, building was being renovated, and the coffee machine made very weak coffee.

The room was immaculate, and the staff was AWESOME. To top it off, the rate was very reasonable.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Had four teenage boys with me and everybody had enough room. Beds are very comfortable

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was great since my husbands brother was traveling with us.
