The facility was exceptionally clean. The bed linens were spotless, and the bed comfortable.

A rare even occurred, whereby snow fell for a total of many inches. This area is not prepared for such an event and normal operations in the city were disrupted. My husband and I came from a neighboring county because we both work in Pensacola and traveling at a later time would not have been possible. We had to be up early for work. In the wee hours of the morning, (but still dark outside) someone with a loud leaf blower was outside, very close by, attempting to clear snow from the parking lot. This noise continued for what seemed like forever. Calls were placed to the front desk, with no answer.

I liked that hotel was close to everything ( Walmart, Target, restaurants, etc). Establishment was very clean and well kept. Very quiet and there was plenty of outside space for sitting. Indoor pool and gym were next to each other with a floor to ceiling window to look into the pool area. Rooms were spacious, clean, and some had balcony’s

I didn’t like that there was no continental breakfast but there was a cafe style area where you could order and pay for food. I also didn’t like that the fridge in the room didn’t as cold as it should. It worked it just didn’t get cold enough for me and there were stains on one of my hotel pillow cases. Definitely didn’t like that but all the other linens and towels were clean.

No continental breakfast and the $10 parking fee nightly is awful..that's just greedy!! Other hotels around them didn't charge for overnight parking.. Water pressure low in the sink area. Inside pool was cloudy needs to be cleaned.. bistro inside the hotel of course you pay for everything and the prices are a little on the high side..

The trusted Courtyard Marriott name is what prompted me to book here. Any time that I'm going somewhere unfamiliar and need hotel accommodations, I know that I don't have to worry about cleanliness, security, or comfort. Those things are always top priorities at your hotels.

The hotel was situated with several other Marriott properties and was set farther back off the road. The signs made it hard to see, so it was a little confusing trying to get to. There wasn't a road that connected the properties, so we had to go back out on the main road

the property was in a nice, quiet area. The rooms were great….beds were comfortable….nice and clean. Worth ever penny. I love how quiet and peaceful it was throughout the hotel. The staff was great to us…and even the maids were nice and kind. Our family will definitely book at this property again when returning for our trips in Pensacola. Oh how can I forget, the beach is about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic. RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY 100/10

What was there not to like !! It was lovely

The rooms were super clean. The showers had great water pressure, and they provided large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. They had a nice little gym. The rooms had plenty of counter space to put all of our stuff.

The pool area could have been kept up a little better. It is indoor, which is nice if it is raining, but it was cold because it was cold outside.

That the pool was in view of everyone to see as they walked by and paying for parking is ridiculous, we’re paying enough just to stay here and then y’all wanna add more and the parking lot is small not big enough for larger vehicles.

I feel like the hotels needs a few updates for the value of money i think breakfast should be included. Along with the digital check in service not working

the staff was very helpful and nice. i like that the property was close to lost of things, plus the location accepted pets

The area isn’t the best, but it was fairly quiet

The service was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We ordered French toast and enjoyed every bite!

The balcony has a smoke smell. I don’t smoke so I didn’t like that, but I do understand you can’t stop the other people from smoking on the balcony.
