Our stay at the Best Western Hotel was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, featured comfortable beds and modern décor, and enjoyed a convenient location for exploring the fishing area. The staff provided outstanding service, readily answering questions and offering helpful local dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience was superb, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mayport, Florida.

The staff provided exceptional service and were highly accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide and appealing selection. The location is ideal for dining, fishing, and shopping. While I don't recall all names, Rosa's outstanding care and attentiveness were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend this establishment.

Even though everything was clean the rooms and hotel itself are a little dated. They could use a remodel to update everything. Fresh paint and new carpet could make this location perfect.

The staff was awesome!!! My daughter was in the hospital at Mayo. My dates were off by a day and the manager shifted them for me so we could be near her. He asked about her each day!! They were great! Thank you!!!

The staff person who helped with Breakfast was excellent, kind, helpful.

Seemed that front desk staff were under high pressure to get people out of rooms at 11 AM on day of leaving. We have experienced Best Western hotels to be overly rigid with check-out time compared to other major hotel and bed-and-breakfast venues. When extra time is needed, we ask if okay to extend-- but staff look stressed at some Best Western's to give 15 min to 30 minute after check-out time. We understand but desk person at Mayport seemed under most stress we've seen related to giving extra time in room though polite throughout.
