The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. The room, lobby and breakfast area were very clean, smelled good and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, clean and had good linen.

The price was higher than usual due to major event in the area as well as the weekend being a long weekend for families. The pillows were fluffy enough but to small/short.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. My room was big and comfy. Hot tea and coffee available in the lobby all day. American breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Be aware that the hotel is very close to highway and outlets, but not so close to historical St Augustin. However, there is an option to pay for a transfer to the city and leave your car in hotel, which makes perfect sense due to expensive parking in St Augustin.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is convenient if traveling to St. Augustine or just stopping for the night while traveling I-95.

Breakfast needed some sort of protein and "hot food" needed to be hot instead of slightly warm. Also, some of the items ran out before "breakfast hours" were over and did not get refilled or replaced.

It was very friendly when I came and early they let me check in which was very nice I was tired coming off the road so it kind of helped out to get relaxed and doing to my party. Keep up the great work the place was clean when I came in the beds were comfortable they see it was nice and the TV or in the refrigerator is perfect.

There is nothing in here I didn't like everything was perfect I'm easy to please.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here! Sabrina was an absolute pleasure and made the stay even more enjoyable at check-in! The property was quiet and clean and the rooms were perfect... especially the beds, they were more comfortable than my bed at home lol! Will definitely stay here again in the near future!!!!

Close to 95 and only 15 minutes to old town St. Augustine. Staff was great and helpful.

Nothing to do with hotel but other guest were smoking pot outside our room the first night, smell was bad. The picture of the hotel was a little misleading the room are outside it looks to be inside rooms in pictures.

The location was convenient to the major roadways. It was located about 5 miles outside the historic district. It was very comfortable, quiet, and, clean. Great for a short stay or a longer trip.

I didn't find much to dislike. The access off the road requires a U turn and getting out requires the same. At rush hour traffic can get pretty dangerous however, this is being extremely picky and more of an advisory statement. I did notice a few guests having difficulty towing campers and things.
