Everything ! The location on the boardwalk and the beach. So convenient and walkable to entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel is a little older and somewhat dated but was so very clean ! The staff were very friendly. And I loved the way our room was set up with the little kitchen. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. Plus the housekeeping staff kept us stocked nicely in clean towels and such. It all helped to make us really enjoy our stay and vacation time here.

Loved everything. My husband said the only thing that would have made it more perfect was if they had served free breakfast. We did eat breakfast down stairs in their hotel restaurant, Coastal Salt. And I thought it was very good and reasonably priced for breakfast.

I liked that it was on the boardwalk and had the balcony that I requested. I also really liked my housekeeper “Yesica” she cleaned everyday and made the room nice and clean.

The balcony door was broken, the screen door was broken and had a tear in the screen. The front door had a chunk tore out of the bottom corner on it. The air conditioner only worked half the time and the telephone in the room barely worked. Also the internet in the room worked only for about 3 hours total during the whole trip.. “a few minutes here and there” Plus the hotel has you call customer service yourself to deal with the internet when they should be the ones to do it. The 1800 number told me it was on the hotels end of the problem not there’s…”. It’s rediculous when you have to deal with that yourself and it’s there job not yours because your the guest!”

We loved the location of the hotel. Just walked over the boardwalk, and we were in the sand. We liked spending time at the indoor pool and hot tub . They stayed open until midnight, and that was a huge plus! The indoor pool area could have been a bit more clean. People had brought in food and drinks, and there were ants on the floor from spills. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed right above the tiki bar, and it was a little noisy if we sat outside on our balcony in the evening. The noise didn't really bother us, but it might someone with very young kids. If you shut the sliding door and the blinds, you could completely forget that the bar is there ! We had an amazing relaxing stay, and we would stay again and recommend to others.

The location being right on the boardwalk. The amenities: 3 pools/hot tub, tiki bar, coastal salt, Starbucks. Nice to have so many options. The windows/patio door were sound proof when we closed them we could not hear anything from outside.

2 hand towels and part of bed flat sheet were stained. Would check linens more frequently and discard stained towels/sheets. The window curtains had lipstick on one side. Would check the white curtains when cleaning. The rest of the room was very clean. We also wished the outdoor pools were open until 9pm. There was one night that was very hot out and we wanted to use the outdoor pool. It would be nice if the outdoor pools were open until when the tiki bar is open until.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable. Location on the boardwalk was great. We had some good wings at Coastal Salt; however, I would not recommend the swordfish dinner they have. My husband did not like it at all. Kudos to the bartender, Alex. He was awesome.

The tables and chairs around the outside pool were not wiped down for the next day. Not having the tram running was a disappointment due to the accident involving a two year old child. Prayers to the family for their loss. Such a tragedy.

All staff/housekeeping we encountered was super friendly. The room was stocked well with towels & toiletries. It was very very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy! The balcony had a great ocean view and being on the 5th floor we could view the bay side as well. The immediate boardwalk access is great!

The heat was cranked to like 90 when we got there; but thats not a huge deal. We just shut it off and opened all the windows. We also didn't realize in order to get to our room we would then have to exit the hotel after using the elevator and walk down an outdoor hallway. Which was only annoying on our one rainy day.

Location of pools are clean beds are comfortable nice to have fresh towels

Broke door to access to parking lot we had to go around with all the luggage Soda machine on our floor broken Specifically noted with like second or third floor had a woman with walking issues and we ended up on the 7th floor I would have never got her down the stairs if they would have been a problem

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was at a great location on the boardwalk and has 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool. The cleaning service was consistent and the room was well taken care of.

Great location, room had pretty much everything we needed for the week. Just had to go purchase oven mits, sharp knife, and a sponge to wash dishes. Highlight was when the screen was closes my husband bounced off it. Maybe spray paint a bright color Q on the screen so people can see it at night.

Indoor pool was cold, got maybe 15 minutes of swim time in. Maybe a small eating table, and meal pre.

The location of the hotel, the restaurant that's connected to the hotel, and the rum bar that's right out the back door and the staff is so friendly!! We have been going here to this hotel since 2017. I love that it has the indoor pool and the hot tub when it's not in season and in season they have two pools outside.
