I enjoyed the decor, comfortable mattresses, quiet &, peace.(Southfield, MI) Room rates comparatively reasonable. I was happy to find the Holy Bible in rooms.

Sausage and eggs were cold and tough. In Franklin, only donuts, few biscuits and yogurt. Had to change room due to foul odor. No hot water. Trash cluttered exterior. Had to pin drapes shut for privacy. Clock didn't work and no phone. In Southfield, no domestic room service if not requested

I like that the floor was laminated and not carpet. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

At times we could hear the people above us. The breakfast wasn't much to choose from.

Place needs updating. Lost water pressure on last day of stay. Room 112 toilet kept getting stopped up. Breakfast is grab and go, no meat on the menu. U hv to put in a requeat for your room to be cleaned.

Very clean, good location, very quiet, nice front desk service. Front desk clerk Olivia and general manager Reggie were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not served as advertised . The bathroom could use some touch-up work. Chip paint on ceiling and worn bathtub. One of the queen beds had a broken box spring which made the bed lean. Small bugs with wings in bathroom.

The location and the price. I've stayed at this hotel several time. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The only complaint is the refrigerator was quite wobbley.

Miss Olivia is very good at her job. All the staff there is very nice. All around made it feel like home. Very pleased. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. A+++ service.

I had a jacuzzi in my room!!

The receptionist could have been a little more friendlier and she wanted to charge me $35 for early check in and it was only 45 minutes. I understand a early check in charge but $35 is a little too much for only 45 minutes.

We believe that lots of work have been done to improve the quality of the Hotel
