The restaurant and sports bar were excellent. The food and the prices were far better than most hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet, which included an omelette station, was so good we pretty much ate there the entire week, by choice! The staff was very friendly and made sure you had everything you wanted.

I was not happy with the room assigned on our arrival. I booked a Corner Preferred with 2 queen beds. I did not realize this would not be just like the Corner Preferred with a king bed, as pictured when I booked. The room did not have corner windows, did not have a small table with sitting chairs, and the layout was not good overall. I went down to the front desk and talked with Shayla, the Operations Manager. She explained the difference and that she could not change my room that night, but she would take care of it the following morning. She said "we will take care of you....we want you to be happy". First thing the following morning, she did exactly that!! Thank you!!

The property is very nice. We only stayed one day to be close to the airport as we was dropping off my granddaughter. The food and the restaurant was excellent. The front desk people are amazing. I want to give a shout out to Rahiem Stewart. He made the check in very pleasant and solved an issue. That was my oversight. I’ve never stayed at this hotel before but will definitely stay if I’m in the Nashville area again and whenever I travel. And the beds and pillows are amazing. Very comfortable!

The only thing I didn’t like is the sliding door on the bathroom. I just prefer a door that I can shut.

The hotel was very beautiful! And spotlessly clean!! Very new-looking too. With beautiful art. And not expensive! (I was suspicious! Then just shocked! )The employees were so very cheerful too! I loved this. (And very appreciative of tips)For an airport hotel, it was super quiet too! I watched jets taking off in near silence! (Rm 604) I was sick in bed here for 2 whole days (the length of time I'd added to a business trip so I could see Nashville 😔), but at least I was well cared for and comfortable.

The only slight complaints I had were that it took a very long time to get the hot water to the shower and I couldn't figure out the thermostat. But, my fever was so high that I decided I needed it to be 70 in there so I didn't chill. I was very comfortable! And nobody likes paying for parking. But, I understand and it wasn't terrible.

This property is very classy and very beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view room is amazing. Overall great place to stay!

I wasn't made aware of a parking fee for $20 so that kind of threw me off and I was also told when booking that breakfast was included but it was actually 20 or so per person. Should be disclosed upfront

The normal king room was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The onsite Starbucks and Restaurant was wonderful and super convenient.

For a hotel of this caliber, a hot tub would be a wonderful addition. Paying for parking was an unexpected expense. It should be included in the overall cost of the room for patrons. The upgraded executive suite was awkward and lacked suitable furniture. We ended up with a broken tv that allowed us to move into a cozier space.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. The rooms were huge and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The view from our room on the18th floor was amazing. Pretty clean and quiet.

Tried 3 times getting into the pool but the vacuum was in there all day finally had to ask someone about removing it. The elevators were a little shakey....prices at the restaurant were high but we Doordashed food so not a big deal. Nobody likes to pay for parking but again not a big deal.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating… it was my Anniversary so the reception took an extra step to make sure our day was special… She offered us a suite… PERFECT & best decision after… Housekeeping… was great our room was clean, comfortable, they were very pleasant always greeted with a smile!!! I can go on and on, hands down… I had a great experience… & will most definitely be back!

The rooms didn't have carpeted floors, which is great since most hotels don't properly keep them cleaned.

The paying for parking, I'm already paying to stay at the establishment. I drove there where am I supposed to park my vehicle besides where I'm paying to stay, so I was very turned off by that. That should have at least validated the parking fees.

you aren’t told upon booking that there is a $50 a night extra deposit, or $20 a day parking added onto your total. Also, they do offer breakfast at the hotel but its an extra $19 a person.

Everything was great! I love the restaurant staff. They have waited on us several occasions. They are really good people and that is a really fun and clean environment.

I don’t like that there are no microwaves in the room. I don’t like that. The handicap parking is mostly on side of the building instead of the front I don’t like if they change your room, they don’t accommodate the price you originally was going to pay.  I also don’t like the fact that you pay what you pay for these rooms and at least don’t get one breakfast free. The breakfast is $19 per person and if you are staying a weekend with two adults and two kids, one of them should at least eat free.
