This hotel was great! It's in a perfect location, right behind the Island on a hill with amazing views. It's off the crazy Parkway but close to everything. The rooftop lounge area was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets. The decor is super cute and modern. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff are so friendly! I have nothing bad to say and will definitely stay here again!

The outdoor pool is shared by 2 hotels so it can get packed in the evenings. But it's a great pool! There is a baseball facility right behind the hotel that starts playing music and making loudspeaker announcements at 8am. Didn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room with an even number.

Looked Clean and Fair/Okay Breakfast.

VERY SMALL Room(s) Pull-Out from under TV ... Computer/Desk/Top, NO Table with 2 Chairs To Sit/Use. No Microwave in Room, and Small/On Floor Ice Box (just about had to get on hands & knees to use/see inside. No place for Luggage, ... except to sit on top of Ice Box (Refrigerator). No Floor/In-Room Ice:and/or Vending Machines. Iron, No Ironing Biard, with Virtually Nowhere to Use, Except on Bed. ONLY, Polish Sausage for Breakfast Meat. NO Bacon, OR Regular Sausage Patties Choice(s).

Decor was great and modern. Very visitor and family friendly. Breakfast had many options and a lot of places to sit and eat. Offered plenty of food/snack/drink options for purchase during the stay. Fitness room was small but nice. Just a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Bathroom was clean. Good shower. Very quiet with the exception of the breakfast area when a large school group was there in the morning, which would be expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was very convenient to the local attractions.

Room was a bit on the small side but made great use of the space in a minimalist kind of way. Refrigerator was a bit small and no in room microwave.

It was a very friendly hotel!! Everyone was friendly. Also our fur baby enjoy it!!

Very clean

The roof top deck was nice! We really enjoyed the sunsets, plenty of seating, fireplace & games for the kids to play. Our room was nice and we like the fact that there was no carpet. Our room had a great view of the island & mountain range.

Prices of snacks/drinks. Limited selection of gluten free (not cross contaminated) food/snack options. We had our 6 year old granddaughter with us who has a severe allergy to gluten/wheat. She was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of options for her and the staff couldn’t guarantee that the breakfast items weren’t cross contaminated, therefore, it wasn’t safe for her to eat. Friendly staff!

The room did not have a microwave. Also, it had one chair it was cheap not comfortable so somebody always had to be on the bed not actually sitting on a chair watching TV big disappointment for the money and no microwave in a room one icemaker and the whole place I won’t stay there again a word to be sufficient. Those things aren’t important to you. That’s your deal but they are to me.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful. What I look for in a hotel for my family is cleanliness. I read reviews and make a decision from the reviews that have been made. All reviews were the same for this site. I was more than pleased. I am always ready to pay more for a clean place to stay. Here , not only was it clean, but it was also very much affordable .

Honestly , I can not think of anything I did not like.

Hilton Tru had a vibe that my 18 year old and her friends lined to help celebrate her birthday - Games readily available, a rooftop terrace, and two pools! I REALLY liked the breakfast (one of the best at the hotels we’ve visited), and the shower in our room is the BEST I’ve ever seen.

The pillows did not have enough stuffing to believed as a pillow. I think they were “folded” fitted sheets masquerading as a pillow.

Roof top was great and we really enjoyed the fire pit and seating area, located off the lobby outside. We also used the outside pool. It was also located very close to Dollywood. We also enjoyed the breakfast,, very good foood. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant!!!!

No complaints about any thing on our visit. We were there for 2 nights.
