Nice quiet neighborhood, close to a park and metro stations for different metro lines. Great balcony facing a green backyard with some distance to the opposite block. Small but fully featured kitchen, perfect for breakfast and doable for dinner. Lots of cozy small restaurants and cafes in the area offering great food at reasonable prices. A short metro ride to the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, but equally just a short ride to get back and to relax.

Not too happy about the double size duvet, but luckily there was a regular size in a cupboard.

Reception staff were lovely, friendly, helpful. They gave us directions to local spotsw. The hotel is in a residential area so it's peaceful with a lot of cheap local supermakerts and bakeries just a few metres down the road, its 300m from Botzaris and 500m Jourdain station which is very easy to get to.

Please do not book the breakfast option, there was only cereal, crossaints and you had to boil your own eggs. The food was always too little, they always ran out and even the French guests were fighting about the unsatisfactory breakfast. There are local bakeries and supermarkets down the road, which is a better option for breakfast.

Exceptional staff, nothing was too much trouble, and I asked loads of questions!!! The unit was so big, we could not believe we had so much room right in Paris. The downstairs area was amazing and because we had an 18 year old, she could go down there to have some time in their lounge. It also had a library you could borrow from, so we borrowed a toaster and a coffee machine. The neighbourhood though is the main star of this accomodation. Families everywhere and the quiet comings and goings of everyday Parisian life on your doorstep. Loved it.

Washing machine and dryer a bit expensive to use but it was great to have them!

The location is great, no worries for safety, even though I read later that this is a "less favorable" district. This particular area is safe, also the metro stations nearby are ok. to use. Not tried at night though, maybe at night I would prefer a bus. The closed car parking was a great idea to choose, no worries during your stay, then you will also see why it is important, traffic seems to be chaotic, most cars are bumped with scratches, no wonder why...best is to use the metro. Nice park nearby, check it out as well. Clear recommendation from me.

The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Just like what we see in the photos. Good price quality.

One of the rooms was small and they did not inform that it had two single beds instead of a double bed. the kitchen could have a toaster and be more careful with unclean dishes. and the refrigerator had a problem, the door didn't close properly, and it didn't stay cold

clean and friendly. someone was there to greet us at nearly midnight which made it all feel safe and comfortable. we were invited to their family evening also but we were heading out. location was great and so close to metros and a shop at the end of the street and restaurants close by. we forgot shower gel, but there was some there with soap also. i was very warm. could not fault it - will go back again. lovely place. in a residential area too so very quiet and close to a park and many dogs outside for the petting!

a couple of hairs on the shower and linen but assume it was just missed. not an issue tbh.

very clean, good location, staff very helpful

Could use longer table or luggage racks, had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor. a long handle broom or mop to clean the floor would be helpful due to limited room cleaning, which we were fine with.

The location was great for our family. It was very close to several Metro stations, which made getting around Paris easy. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

We happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. The fans in each room helped, but with no air conditioning it was still it was very warm in the room. This was not a fault of the property, just something to be aware of.

I think this is an excellent place to stay for people who like to get to know not only the most touristy places in Paris, but also the everyday life of the city. Very attentive staff, comfortable apartment, supermarket and restaurants nearby of great quality. I hope to return soon!

The staff were warm and welcoming and the location is perfectly appointed within a quiet district. There is a very good supermarket, Auchan, really close by and there are plenty of nice specialist shops and the beautiful Buttes au Chaumont park in close proximity. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there were well designed storage units throughout. We had the pleasure to stay at the top floor where we had access to two terraces from our flat with beautiful views over the rooftops of Buttes au Chaumont/Belville. We would be happy to return here on our next trip to Paris!

The temperature in the room was bit hot at times, but with that said, there was a fan provided and due to the balcony access in two opposite directions it was possible to cross ventilate the room which cooled down the room quite efficiently. There seemed to be a small ant infestation.
