Really great hotel with friendly staff and someone on the desk all the time. Breakfast was good and well organized. Room was well kept and provided everything that it promised. Really nice and comfortable. Perfect place for a few days in Paris in a decent area with good restaurants nearby and transport links throughout Paris.

The lift was small and congested at peak hours and the sink in the bathroom took time to drain. This is normal for Paris and the hotel staff were very friendly. The survey they sent out before the stay was a lot of work (because links don't work through booking.com) and they didn't reply to it so we didn't know whether they would take notice of it or not. I'm not sure how useful it was really.

It was excellent value for money and the staff were lovely during our stay. The room we had was fantastic and had a great view and was always clean and tidy. Some reviewers have bemoaned the breakfast but I thought that it was value for money with fresh juices, cereals, cheeses and meats available with yogurts, bread and fruit. We were always offered fresh coffee every morning and it was just lovely to be honest.The location was really good too and although Gaite is the closest metro station the hotel is also equidistant to Alesia and Montparnasse Bienvenue in either direction.

There really wasn't anything to complain about.

The location and cleanliness

The property is great but when we checked in they charged us for a “new tax” that started on that day allegedly. We expected to pay the city tax but the new tax that they charged us is a surprise to us. She didn’t explain it and gave us the receipt. She just whipped her calculator and boom additional €40.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the facilities were clean, modern, and convenient. The breakfast was simple but satisfying—just what you need to start the day. The location is also great: close to the metro, or you can easily explore the area on foot. One of the highlights for me was that the hotel is pet-friendly. Seeing dogs around during breakfast added a charming and cozy touch to the atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again! Merci!

once we had issue with our room and wanted to change it, hotel staff did it in 1 day, and we re provided by another room which was much more comfortable for us, and this was great positive point from hotel side

in general the staff was great, there was only one negative point once we ve arrived and the man on the reception had problems with our check in, but the issue was solved by his partner, unfortunatelly it took us 1 hour to fix the issue, all the rest girls and boys on front desk during two weeks were super fine and friendly

Left too early for breakfast (train booking) would have preferred to be able to opt out. Very pleased with staff - friendly, polite, pleasant! Room was very clean and nice - would have liked a kettle after 8 hours on planes and an hour taxi across Paris! Loved location with cafes and supermarket close by and short walk to the train station at 5am the next day! Bed was comfy, lovely snuggly duvet and VERY happy that I could bring my cat !!!

This hotel is in a great area of Paris. It is not in the main tourist areas but it is so accessible. The metro is just down the road and you can get anywhere it is so easy. The area it is in, is so nice, we felt like locals. There are some really lovely restaurants (bistros) to choose from, I did book before we went and I am glad I did as they were busy places. Some amazing French food and then cafes for coffee, hot chocolate or something stronger. Also at really reasonable prices. Lots of places around there do set meals for a set price and it is a bargain for what you get. The hotel was very clean, our room was very small, smaller than I was expecting. But when you are in it it really doesn't matter, we were hardly in it, used just for sleeping and washing. All staff we met were really friendly and smiley. We did not book for breakfast as wanted to have that in different places around Paris. We would stay here again as lovely area and accessible to the more tourist areas.

I would just say to maybe put 2 glasses in the room to have a drink from. There were only plastic little cups.

Very clean, nice personnel, especially lady that served breakfasts who was extremally nice and made a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. When we arrived we were given a room with broken window, but imemdiately we received new, upgarded one.

Breakfast was nice, but monotonous. Everyday the same (crossaint, chocolate bun, jams and honey, coffee/tea + juice). We thought that it will be possible to choose from menu.

The location was great; a short walk to the Gaite Metro stop and to Rue Daguerre, a wonderful Montparnasse neighborhood street. Visit Saturday mornings. Amélie and the staff were great; very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine. I very much liked the interior design of the hotel. The room was small, but that is often the case with Paris hotels with this price point

To be fair, the hotel had just opened. There was sufficient hot water coming out of the sink tap in the bathroom, but you had to choose only hot water for the showerhead, run it a few minutes, and out came a warm trickle. The thermostat was inconsistent; sometimes it seemed to work and sometimes not. A few times the thermostat was somehow way up when I woke up, but the room wasn't very warm. They recognized the problem with water temperature at the shower head and said they were working on it. They may have fixed the thermostat problem my last day. There seemed to be no room for drawers or closets for your clothes, just 4-6 hooks on the walls.

Breakfast is nice and generous, but really very confusing. I dont know who can eat yogurt, 2 types of jam, with honey, with 3 types of french pastries, juice, coffee, butter while also having choices on the counter like crepes, granola/oats, and boiled eggs? I think this needs to be addressed, it is either you put everything on the counter and guests choose themselves, or you serve a different kind of standard breakfast. The choices are mostly sugary, which isn't always recommended, people like salty foods for breakfast. Staff is wonderful, hospitable and always there for help, but they also need to take their conversations and chats away from customers.
