I loved the staff! Fabulous, informative, pleasant, always smiling and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed every interaction with every staff member. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure. While I was there another hotel customer was berating a staff member because the tickets for an event that were booked by the hotel were too expensive. The front desk was very accommodating to this client, very apologetic despite being treated not so nicely. The staff member did not deserve this treatment as the lady should have booked her own tickets! But the way the issue was handled by the staff member was impeccable.

The only thing I didn’t like was my balcony. I had the view of the inner walls and wish I would’ve known that prior to booking as that was important to me.

We had a fantastic stay! The welcome from the front desk and the owner was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home from the start. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the local tips and excellent restaurant recommendations—they really helped us discover places we wouldn’t have found on our own. The location is also perfect for exploring Paris, with easy access to key sights and public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Paris!

The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s quite typical for Paris, and they are very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a lovely experience

A very Parisian experience! We stayed for 6 nights with my husband and 14 year old daughter for our anniversary. we had the interconnecting room which was just perfect and were greeted with a bottle of sparkling to celebrate which was an amazing touch. The rooms are actually spacious for Paris and so beautifully decorated. Good size bathrooms also. Great comfy beds and nice linens! AIRCON and the coolest grotto downstairs to top off your experience.they have a cute little honour bar and honour breakfast downstairs which we found very good value. Loved the story behind the building and how easy it was to walk to everything from here.

this is a hard one..... it wasnt the cheapest especially having the interconnecting but we found it to be very good value and we utterly loved our stay. a couple of the front desk staff need to improve their hospitality skills and help with guest enquiries better.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful, and the bottle of champagne upon arrival a nice and unexpected surprise. Location was great for exploring shops, restaurants, etc. Very quiet room, never heard distracting sounds at night.

Breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of options though the scrambled eggs were soupy. But in all a good breakfast.

Location was superb and central for walking to all the places we wanted to go. Hotel was brimming in charm and room although small was surprisingly comfortable (fab beds!) and QUIET. (4th floor suite) We were greeted right away by charming and helpful staff who whisked our bags up to room immediately refusing a tip for doing so. Champagne & sweet treats welcomed us up in the room. It was a perfect birthday trip!! Many excellent restaurants steps away, we loved Au35 - wonderful chocolate soufflé - and the newer Clover restaurant. Excellent chef. Yummy Moules & Antiquares we loved. Walk easily to St Germain, jardin de Luxembourg, Louvre, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, etc. Champs Elysees further but doable. Entire hotel neighborhood felt super safe for us which was important. All the staff made us feel welcome and at “home”. Oh and the spa!! The ideal remedy after a long day of walking.

We had a 7am fire alarm night one! Not a big deal. Was false alarm and all guests huddled in lobby in our plush Hotel robes! Bathtub was slow to drain but was a good shower within so we didn’t mind.

The staff are all lovely- so friendly & helpful. The old style of the hotel is charming. The honesty bar was lovely and fully stocked! The breakfast offers a huge choice of delicious pastries, cheeses, meat, cereal, yoghurts & fruit. You couldn't ask for more.

The rooms are abit dark so you need lights on all the time. Obviously the age of the building means that everything is a bit tight for space eg: there was a tiny shelf by the bed and it would be nice to have a little cabinet to put your bits on.

Best location for access to all sites and very safe

amenities available when booked through booking.com. I did not realize the spa experience was included with my room selection and therefore did not bring a bathing suit. However, there was no time for a spa experience when there was so much to discover and enjoy in Paris

Was based in the old side of Paris, authentic France with original buildings. It was also only 15-35 minutes walk from sights like the Louvre, Pont des arts bridge, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame.

As located on a small street, and in between shops and galleries, you may not notice it. But added to its intimacy. As we visited during Olympic set up (18-26th July) it’s location affected by restrictions so no access to buses or the River Seine.

The location is superb. The breakfast is good. The bathroom is clean, with a nice shower. There was a bottle of champagne in the room as a "welcome token", which was also nice. I have stayed at the hotel a year ago, I would stay again.

My only complaint is that the price went high, including the breakfast, in comparison to one year ago. I think EUR 300 for dayle and EUR 22 for breakfast were expensive. Some hotels in the same location and with comparable ratings were a bit cheaper.

The staff was incredible. From Helen to Arturo to our masseuse, we were very happy with everyone. I really liked the location as well. It was perfect because it was a 4 minute walk to my parents hotel.

My only complaint is that our room was very small compared to my parents room at their hotel down the road. But that wouldn’t detour us from staying there again.
