Absolutely Magical Stay – More Than 10 Stars! Our stay at this incredible hotel in Paris was nothing short of magical. The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, with everything we needed just steps away. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the extraordinary care and kindness of the staff. We have never experienced such warm, genuine, and thoughtful hospitality anywhere before. We were celebrating my daughter’s 10th birthday, and to our surprise, the hotel gave us a special room to mark the occasion. It was an unforgettable gesture that made her feel like royalty. The room itself? Just one word: AMAZING. Or maybe three: amazing, amazing, amazing! Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable – we couldn’t have asked for more. This hotel didn’t just meet our expectations, it soared far above them. We would come back in a heartbeat – not just once, but ten times over if we could! The property is in Arrondissement 1 so it’s very well located to walk everywhere or get the train or boat. At night it is quite busy outside but the sound proof windows blocked all of the noise but you could still open the windows if you wanted to absorb the atmosphere. At first we were put into a large suite that didn’t have enough beds for all of us and we had to share but the next night were placed in an interconnecting room with 2 singles and one queen/king. This was perfect for our family of four and was very clean and comfortable and there was a safe and a fridge and it was serviced daily. We were given complimentary breakfast for 4 each day for the inconvenience. The breakfast was lovely.

The lift was very small and took a while sometimes as only one lift but it was only a minor issue.

Fantastic location, so close to Chatelet Metro station and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Also easy walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame etc. Staff were awesome, especially Dehbia, who made us very welcome and was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are small but that's quite standard for Paris I think. Room was very clean and serviced well daily. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. We liked the room with balcony on the first floor. The hotel is very centric to everything and public transport. It’s within walking distance to day/nightlife and shopping and good restaurants are around.

The front rooms to the street, could be bigger. I couldn’t open my large suitcase on the floor. We had 2 rooms in 2 nights and the inner patio rooms are larger but dark. It was weird to shower in bathtubs with no shower curtain or glass partition as the floor got wet. The staff did not vacuum under the bed in one room. Its price reflects the location as that is excellent.

- The rooms were comfortable and convenient for 2 people. - The breakfast buffet was great and had a variety of continental/cooked options. Including a wide range of teas/coffees and cakes/breads. I really liked the fact that it had an underground feel to it! - The location was ideal, and very easy to access the nearby metro.

-The showerhead in the bathroom was not fixed to a stand, therefore I had to hold it manually which was not convenient, so not very ideal. - The corridors did not have much space, and it felt a little pokey inside.

Very central and very close to two Metros which take you around paris and direct to Gare de Nord and airports.

Everything was lovely, I would only mention a tiny thing, I had to ask every morning for milk for the cereal and tea. ( it’s a British thing I know ;) .. ) Only one staff member managing kitchen and tables, replenishing everything was kept super busy. I would definitely stay again but suggest you book larger room not the standard unless you’re a lone traveler. There is a really good shower in room and it was a joy to have a goodie fridge and even complimentary macaroons. Nothing was too much for the staff. All of them very kind and friendly.

Fabulous location, vibrant part of the city and plenty within walking distance but also right next to metro and RER, ideal. Lovely friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Great value for money.

Room is small but perfectly fine for a short break, we were there 5 nights and found it comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Only slight niggle was the size of the shower, small and quite difficult to turn round and wash without drenching the floor or sticking to the shower curtain. A minor annoyance though, we’d still highly recommend this hotel. .

Amazing location, would highly recommend! I was apprehensive as I was travelling as a solo female, and reading reviews about other places made me quite nervous! However, this place was located very close to the metro - about a 30 second walk away. Everything else was either very walkable or a short metro/bus journey. It is in the 1st arrondissement which meant it was very lively and full of people! There are several shops, bars, jazz clubs, and restaurants near by too! Also, the staff are very friendly, especially Dehbia, she was absolutely fantastic at making me feel comfortable, safe and also giving recommendations!

Hotel is good value for money in central Paris, the hotel is in a busy area, so there is a little noise from outside, we knew this and used ear buds. The Staff were excellent, location is great for central Paris and the breakfast is good and hence overall with the breakfast it is good value for money, and would stay again

The decoration is now getting a bit dated, but saying that it is a bit parisian in its own way. If the hotel had an update it would make it a rating of 9 or 10, generally good and no issues, just feedback of how to improve further.

The location is very good for nightlife and for seeing the city. There is a metro and train station on the doorstep plus shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the louvre, Notre dame and the Pompidou museum.

The bathroom door didn't close and no shower screen. The shower head is not fixed to the wall so you had to hold it above your head then cover yourself with soap and then reach down and find the shower head and rinse off. All while trying not to cover the whole bathroom full with water.
