The room was spotless and a very good size for hotels in Paris. The bed was comfortable.

We were confused about breakfast options. I had booked the hotel very late the night before so didn’t have time to thoroughly check whether tea coffee in room/breakfast was available. We were told when we arrived that breakfast was not available on Sunday morning. When I checked the documentation in the room it was clear that breakfast was available Monday to Friday however when we asked about breakfast on Monday we were again told that breakfast would not be available. The reason for the confusion is that we saw places set for breakfast on Sunday and Monday mornings. By the time Tuesday came we were checking out and didn’t bother with breakfast anyway. Other than this, we had a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Size of the room..the shower is down in the bath you can't take a shower while standing.

The front desk manager was so hospitable and accommodating! Upgraded us to a better room, the bathroom was so big and lightful! And the bathtub - one of the biggest ones I've seen. Would definitely come back! Oh and the beds were like a cloud, we got the best sleep of our lives!

Convenient area. Up and coming place. Beds very comfortable, nice staff, helpful. Let’s us borrow an umbrella, too! Price is very good.

Bathroom/shower layout is cumbersome and sinks splashes all over. Shower makes a huge mess and u have to ruin towels to dry off. Complimentary water per day would be nice. Room should have hand towels for 2 guests, we had to keep asking.

The location was great and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Adjusting the shower temperature was very difficult. One day it got stuck at 38°C and I couldn't fix it — it just wouldn't turn. Also, there was no shower cabin, so water would splash everywhere. The biggest problem, however, was that there were very few power outlets, and they were placed in strange locations.

The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is quite close. If you are not lazy to walk.The hotel is clean, beautiful, but small.The maids clean the rooms very nicely. Cute.The staff is very nice.Thank you very much to them.

I didn't like that there is no curtain in the bathroom, because the water splashes a lot when bathing. But the bathroom is beautiful. It's cold, even though we turned on the heating at full power. No electrical sockets by the bed.🤧

Hotel ICÔNE was located in a lovely part of the city, close to cafes, restaurants, ATMs, Metro etc. 20min on the Metro had you at any of the major tourist attractions. The rooms where well decorated and comfortable, excellent bathroom with plenty of warm water. The staff where excellent and very helpful with any of our requests. We would stay here again.

Hôtel ICÔNE doesn’t serve breakfast at the weekend but this suited us as we preferred to sample the local patisseries.

Fabulous location. Easy access for tourism, metro station within yards of the hotel, as well as bars and restaurants. Room clean and adequate……more hangers in the small wardrobe would’ve been useful. Friendly staff.

I would have liked individual tables for breakfast …the long conference table was not to our liking, so we went out for breakfast. There’s no bar at the hotel, but the reception staff will make drinks, and we bought a reasonably priced bottle of wine one evening.

I’m honestly so excited to write this review. My husband and I are currently on a 2 week Europe trip. Paris was the second leg of our trip. I searched high and low for an affordable hotel option. Hotel Icône keep coming up. The reviews scared me a bit but let me tell you if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in the perfect location this is the perfect spot if you know how to manage your exceptions. We stayed here for 4 nights for about $500 which is very low for a hotel in Paris in the summer. So we weren’t expecting a 4 or 5 star resort. We got a clean room with a balcony that was close to the metro and in a nice area with lots of food options. If you know you like all bar in the lobby, a rooftop pool, a huge bathroom, etc. This is not the place for you. This is the place for people who want to experience the city and need an affordable option. The staff was very nice in my opinion. Please manage your expections again. If you give positivity you will get positivity. I left some stuff in the room during my stay and didn’t realize until I got to the train station. They were nice enough to go up to the room and bag everything up for me for when I got back. I would stay here again.

Could use some upgrades but can’t beat the price.

Amazing location, central and near metro or bus. Quick walk to many attractions.

They did some kind of renovation during our whole stay so it was noisy both inside and outside. Also it said one time just on a single paper sheet inside the elevator “be aware of painting on the wall” so I walked around in the hotel scared to ruin my clothes.
