The staff are all welcoming and very friendly. I had requested a room with a balcony prior to arrival and they had worked it out and shifted things around to make sure I got the room I wanted! The balcony was nice it had a view of the Parisian buildings next door. The location of this property is amazing - it’s walking distance to most of the attractions and right off champ élysées but quiet enough in the street it’s on. Theres also a Korean mart right in front of the hotel which was great.

The lifts and rooms are small and could only fit our luggage’s in the doorway but that’s Paris for you! Also you have to wait for someone to let you in at the front entrance or press the button but was not a major issue as there was always staff at the desk and they were prompt.

Amazing location, walkable to all the mail attractions. The room was sparkling clean and cleaned on a daily basis. There was a supermarket nearby, which was a bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apparently, if you want a room with a balcony, you need to send them a separate email request. We didn’t know but the reception lady did her best to help and swapped our room for the one with a balcony.

Hotel facilities will not suit a very tall person. My partner is 188cm tall and he was actually touching the ceiling with his head when having a shower and the bed was way too short. No issues for anyone shorter :)

We spent four nights at this hotel as part of a three week European vacation. Rented two rooms. The location of the hotel is outstanding. It's just steps from the Roosevelt metro stop on Champs-Élysées. We were able to take the train from CDG to the hotel, and then from the hotel to Gare du Nord. Got the Paris Visite Pass, and rode the metro all over Paris. The rooms are clean and modern. Ours had operable windows, so we opened the windows and listened to the rain at night. The staff is very nice and professional. The breakfast was excellent, higher quality than most continental breakfasts. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, particularly one block north and to the west. Lots of shopping nearby. Arc de Triomphe is easily walkable from this hotel.

The hotel was just off the Champs Elysees and was close to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I would return your this hotel again. It was great value for the location.

We stayed in April 2025 and we loved it. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and the hotel itself was excellent—clean, quiet, and super cozy. Even though we were right in the middle of everything, the hotel is on a quiet street, which was super convenient for getting around. The location was just perfect. We also had a fridge, which was great for storing some food. The bed was soft and clean, and overall, we had no complaints at all. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! LOCATION! 1 min from the main line of the metro going to the main attractions. 20 min walk to the Louvre, and 15 mins walk to Triumph Arc. Literally on Champs Elysee and 2 min from Gallerie Lafayettes 😍 The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the room was warm and cozy.

The room was a bit small, but was oky. We were all day out so you don’t really need more. Please make the lift faster and the cleaning ladies to use the lift outside of hours of checking out. We have waited 10 minutes for the lift with our luggage, just because the cleaning lady was going up and down with it 😭

Strong A/C. Comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were very clean. It's very interesting to have the sunroof. Complimentary water in carton packaging provided everyday. a couple minutes walking to Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées. About 10 minutes walking to the Arc de Triomphe. Dior museum is also only a few minutes walking distance. Kmart across the street has yammy take away Korean food.

The main entrance is locked all day. The front desk opens the entrance for the guests, but only one person at the front desk at night, sometimes we had to wait for a few minutes.

The hotel's location is excellent, only 20 steps to the Champs-Élysées. The reception staff are wonderful
