i’ve stayed here twice now. really nice place and one of the biggest rooms i’ve seen in paris for the price. really helpful when both people have large luggage and need to get ready (spacious bathroom and closet with multiple mirrors). also the location is great close to everything.

last time they had free afternoon cakes out - no more. also they sent out a check in questionnaire where i was able to request an iron but they didn’t bring it and after we got one on site they kept taking it away during cleaning. we need the iron daily! this should be in the room.

Hotel is situated in a strategic position. 1 km from Champs Elysée and 500 m from the Train Station (Saint Lazare). Staff is simply the best. Room was at 6th floor so we can enjoy also the beauty of the Paris roofs. The structure is a typical Paris structure located downtown: so, don't expect the luxury you are use to in a **** hotel. Staff replaced the water bottle in the room every morning. Room temperature was perfect for me.

18€ for the breakfast seems a bit too much. we chose to have breakfast outside. The room is a bit uncomfortable for me (the roof was near the bed) but nothing that can ruin our stay.

Very welcoming and helpful reception, early check-in was allowed without problem. Upon check-out, we were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours extra. Cleaning staff came on day 2, which I hadn't expected for our 2-day stay. An umbrella was provided in the room, which we made use of.

I would have used a kettle to boil water for tea. I would have liked a better shampoo and conditioner option for the shower.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely shower and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Uncarpeted floors, including in bathroom are quite cold. Room is very chilly and clearly drafty from the windows. Vegetables need to be added to morning buffet. TV stations must be significantly increased for foreign language stations (especially ENGLISH) and dedicated children's programming.

The room was spacious with coffee/tea making facilities and a small bar fridge to store milk etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet for sleeping. The ensuite bathroom had a large and very good shower with good quality shampoo, body lotion etc. supplied. The hotel was in a good location, within good walking distance of the Seine, Champs Elysees, Montmartre and most of the Paris sights, we walked everywhere. The hammam was an added bonus, and very relaxing after big days of walking. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend and stay here again.

Nothing, it was all lovely.

Room was compact but had everything needed and furnished to a high standard. Bed large and comfortable. Nespresso machine a nice tough. Bathroom modern with large dual head shower. Reception very helpful and able to leave our bags for the day on check out. I was celebrating wedding anniversary and was able to get rose petals and a towel heart on the bed with a rose as an extra which as a nice surprise.

Polite and caring staff, quick resolving of appearing questions, great hammam included in room price already, which is a nice bonus. Great neighborhood, nice bathroom, big and comfortable bed. Basically, in the centre of Paris, near Opera. I highly recommend this hotel if you care about comfort, tidiness and location. Thanks!

Didn't see information about mandatory deposit (in our case it was 100 EUR). Maybe i just didn't pay attention to description, but if there's no info, its better to add that point to hotel description, so that customers won't be confused at the reception. Also a little advice: maybe add some beer to mini-bar :)

The location near Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Saint-Lazare station is fantastic. The best point for me and my wife was the hammam (Spa). It was very helpful in that we were able to recover from a tiring day of sightseeing in Paris by ending the day at the spa.

We never expected to be assigned a room on the ground floor facing the street, the room was quiet though. Staying on a wooden floor without indoor slippers seems to require some improvement.

Good location, close to Garnier opera house, Galleries Lafayette and the metro yet very quiet. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was a great size with a coffee machine & a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an attic style room on the top floor which was awkward esp for tall people, my husband hit his head a couple of times.

Property was close to shopping area and restaurants. The cathedral was also within walking distance. My time at the Hamma was very refreshing. Amina, one of the staff, was very welcoming. We arrived long before checkin but she ensured we had coffee and some snacks while waiting for the room to be ready.

I was not able to call the reception from my room. I made the complaint to the front desk but was not addressed.
