The reception staff were excellent! Especially the Filipino lady who checked us in. She was such a cheerful person and made us comfortable immediately. She even allowed us to leave our car later than the check out time. A big thank you to this lady.

Everything would have been perfect aside from the fact that the lift was out of order when we arrived. As my aunty is very old, she had a lot of difficulty to get to the 5th floor. Luckily, the gentleman from the reception helped us to carry the luggages up to the rooms. That is so so helpful! A big thank you also to him.

Breakfast: abundant selection, delicious coffee and tea. The staff was willing to help with everything, they are very kind! Bed was comfortable, the hotel is close to the subway and bus. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a grocery store, bakery, gym, pizzeria and shopping center. Mineral water is available to guests free of charge in the hotel. Snacks and alcholic drinks are also available at the reception.

There were no vegetables with the breakfast, although this may not be the custom in France. The rooms are really small but if you dont want to spend your time all day in the room its not a problem, and the rooms are small but clean, they cleaned everyday. No wardrobe in the room, only some shelves. No fridge.

The staff were attentive and willing to assist in whatever manner they could with requests. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom and the hotel had recently begun a process of refurbishment.

There was no kettle in the room so we had to request one, then there was no access to tea bags unless one bought them from the hotel (a little unnecessary it seemed), although we were booked as a family of three we were repeatedly given only towels for two people and had to find someone to ask for an extra towel each time they were changed. There were no cups available because there was no kettle so we also had to ask to borrow cups or mugs to make a cup of tea.

Its very quiet place to stay, near metro station, and not far away from the center if there is will to get there on foot. Hotel is clean and the staff is very nice.

The main flaw would be a fact that the shower has only a small glass wall which does not stop the water splashes to go all over the floor, what makes showering really unpleasant and difficult process. Have no idea why it is hard to hang a shower curtain to solve the problem for good. The breakfast menu is just for cold fast food and sanwidge lovers, as the only warm dish is sweet pancakes, no vegetables, the only healthy food was cold boiled egg.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room small but no surprise. More importantly it was clean on arrival and was cleaned every day of our stay. Heating worked very well. Soundproofing too. Check out was a leisurely 12.00 noon and hotel looked after our baggage without problems or costs. We will definately look to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Tiny observation, the shower has no door or curtain so expect water on the floor. No wardrobe either, just an alcove in the wall for outerware but there was a peg on the facing wall for longer coats. Neither thing affected our stay. All good.

The hotel is closed to the metro and has a lot of nice restaurants around it near the chinatown. And the neighborhood is quite. The staff is vere helpful and i nce. Particularly Isabelle. She is very helpful and responsive.

I think the size of the room is too small. I dont how 2 people can stay there for a longer stay. Short stay is fine.

Good location, 5-7 minutes from metro 7 which goes to the city center. Breakfast was good, but limited fresh vegetables and fruits. The room was pretty small, clean, you could set wanted temperature. The bed was ok.

The mattress was covered with a bedsheet that had a sort of film under the layer of fabric, which makes you sweat at night. Limited or no fresh fruits and vegetables available at breakfast.

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The location is not far from the metro or bus. The room is quite clean.

Breakfast was the same for 5 days. It is better to change breakfast menu and provide more choices. The room couldn't turn AC and it was too hot to sleep. When we opened the window, it was still too hot and sometimes we smelled smoke. The hotel didn't provide a bottle of water and no drinking glasses in the room(only the first day they provided).

Location was good 5 min to metro station, there was lots of options to eat and a shopping mall. Also very easy to public trasformation from and to Orly. There was free drinking water you can get from the reception area.

All Ibis Hotels rooms are small but this was the smallest room i have ever stayed.

small room but good for single travelers on a budget. very Helpful and nice staff. Nice, middle class neighborhood. clean. affordable. very nice stay. would recommend for budget conscious travelers who still want clean, nice place in good location. Will stay there again next time in Paris. A+ for the money.

room is small by American standards but just fine for Paris.
