Great location; super helpful, friendly staff, modern & well-appointed room. We will stay here again on a future (yearly) trip to Paris.

Not much. The only small disappointment was their so-called “happy hour” (2 for 1 drinks). Their bar has limited ingredients (couldn’t make a standard Martini, let alone any of their advertised drinks= Mai tai, Margarita, etc., etc.). The bartender” was pleasant, but totally clueless about anything to do with alcohol (started to make a Martini with Bombay Safire & RED vermouth), and our 2for1 drinks were charged at the 1for1 price.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with lots of selection to choose from. Our waitress was amazing, so friendly and remembered us from day to day. She provided over and above service and friendly greetings. The front desk was pretty amazing as well. We were greater with helpful recommendations and informations when asked, umbrellas if we needed them and over the top helpfulness with transportation and general discussions. The room was always so clean even our own personal belongings would be tidy again over and above service! The location was also great with laundry and cafes so close as well as the louvre and other incredible places to walk, we even found great shopping right across the street. Uber from this location was reasonable as well as subway was accessible and scooters right in front of the hotel!!

We had asked for a family sized room and therefore we were located in the basement however we would have like to have a window to see outside rather than the basement. However the room choice was ours so the hotel couldn’t fix that. We really just loved everything :)

The location is fantastic - start walking in any direction and you'll find some fantastic Parisian spot. The staff were so nice and very helpful. I especially liked the guy who brought us a (Angelina) chocolate for our pillow every night. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and quick to bring coffee - excellent service!

The shower - the sides of the bathtub are VERY high and with no grip on the tub bottom, it felt like an accident waiting to happen. I recommend two things: a grab bar for getting in/out and some grip tape for the bottom of the tub. The TV - if the tv had wifi we could have watched movies saved on my phone (chrome cast) but it was a pretty old tv so, that wasn't an option.

The people who worked the desk were great. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good! The location was unbelievably perfect!! I highly recommend this property!

The room was nice. The few complaints were that in our room when you open the door to the room you can see right into the sink area of the bathroom. Also there is no shower door. There is a half wall so for floor gets wet.

The location is excellent, close to Metro, shopping, restaurants and site seeing locations.

The room is reasonably spacious and pleasant, but the toilet in the bathroom is situated in a very tight corner which makes it almost impossible to use easily. Most unusual!

The location is excellent. You are in the centre of Paris, near to Châtelet metro station if you need the RER or Louvre-Rivoli if you prefer a less frenetic station. You can walk to many of the places you might like to visit - Notre Dame is 15 minutes away. It is a small hotel. The staff are brilliant... friendly, helpful, multi-lingual with a sense of humour. The breakfast is very good. It's a small breakfast space and you might wonder on first sight if you are going to be well fed... Worry not... there is every thing that you might want.

The room is comfortable, good space, good bed BUT there are NO grab rails in the shower, no anti-slip mat and it requires a degree of agility to get in and out. It is the ONLY aspect of the hotel that I would fault.

location and the staff. They were both absolutely fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. the location is literally 3 min walk from the Louvre. 15 mins from Notre Dame. The room was big, very comfortable.

the pre-payment on your card. I had 300 euros pre-authorised on my card when I made the booking. I then payed for the room upfront on arrival, plus another 100 euros pre authorised on the card, followed by the 69 euros I was due them for mini bar usage. an awful lot of unnecessary pre-authorisation in my opinion.

The staff is probably the best staff you will ever encounter. The location is amazing. You are close to everything .You get daily chocolate and water.

The location comes at a cost, a high one. Unless you want to be downtown with all the things that the hotel offers, the cost wouldn't be worth it. The breakfast is decent, but it's the same. It's not a large buffet, but it met my expectations.

Excellent location, great staff, great beds, big bathrooms and big rooms, we stayed in a "Deluxe" and was around 30sqm. The breakfast, even that wasn't something extraordinary had all the necessary thinks, fresh juice waiting in your table and excellent coffee. Was my 4th time in Paris, we are hoteliers our selfs and if you realize that when you stay in the center all the building are old and that Paris have small rooms and very expensive ones then this hotel is a fair choice and the great staff makes everything more eazy. First day we wasn't satisfied with our room ( wanted higher level) next day they moved us immediately and even the first evening the room was a very good one

No need to worry about this, even if something is not ok the staff will fix it !!!

The lack of restaurant and bar facilities. The description said the hotel had both but there really wasn’t. The rooms were not soundproof!
