Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception. They took care of my bags as I had arrived early and the room wasn’t ready. They offered me coffee and water and the wifi password. The room was lovely: spacious for a small boutique hotel, good air con (it was hot outside so much needed), good windows which didn’t let the noise in. And to top it off it’s in a perfect location. I will definitely return

Good location. Close to a main train & metro station. Close to key sites like Notre Dame. Also close to lots of vegan eateries and very close to a branch of the best bakery in Paris, Land and Monkey. It is a "boutique hotel" (read: small) but the rooms are actually an okay size for what it is. Provided a large water bottle in the rooms and a water filter in reception to top up. We arrived long before check-in with the expectation of storing our bags and coming back later to check-in, however, our room was ready when we got there so they voluntarily offered us a very early check-in.

As it is in a key location it was very loud and busy on Saturday night, but the rest of the nights were all okay. We often walked back at night and it didn't feel unsafe. Maybe a little too pricey for the type of hotel it is, but not too bad and again, location is really good.

Lovely, friendly staff. The themed decoration throughout the hotel created a calm atmosphere. There was an efficient lift near the room. Loved the contemporary artworks in the room. Perfect location for visiting places like the Pompadou and Borse de Commerce. All walkable. The Metro is nearby which is handy as is the large shopping centre. Lots of good choices for restaurants and cafes. The breakfast, which cost extra, was good!

The small bedside tables had tiny handles but didn’t actually have drawers. Storage was limited to a wardrobe and a bit awkward to access. No hooks to hang coats or bags. No shelves and poor lighting in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room was quite small, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There is also an elevator, which was a big plus, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—very close to the metro, as well as shops and cafes, which made getting around and finding food super convenient.

The only downside was that taxis can't stop directly in front of the hotel because the street is closed to traffic. Since I was traveling alone, coming back late at night felt a bit uncomfortable due to the short walk required from the main road to the hotel entrance.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - especially when we were sick and they arranged for a doctor to make a house call and pick up medication from the pharmacy. The room was spacious (for Paris), the bathroom and shower modern. The decoration was charming and distinctive -something on the order of Art Nouveau Boudoir...tongue in cheek decadence....Charming.

Unfortunately, the hotel makes a poor first impression.The entry way and lobby area is small, dark and uninviting. The location on Rue St Denis is a bit dicey, making one question at first whether this is genuinely going to be a luxury boutique hotel.

Great location in the heart of Paris (only 15 minute walk to the Louvre and 20 minutes to Notre Dame). Close to the metro and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful (including letting us borrow a cable to charge a phone). The room was a good size and very clean. We've been to Paris many times and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in.

Central, really good location for everything we wanted to do. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room is quite small but manageable. Would have been nice to get some milk to go with the tea/coffee provided.

I wouldn't say there is anything I didn't like. Just milk for tea and coffee would have been nice.

This property is right in the Marais, so from a location standpoint, you can hardly do better. There are lots of eateries and plenty of shopping around; plus it's within easy walking distance to the Centre Pompidou, Louvre, Seine, Chatalet Les Hall metro/RER station, etc.

Surprise, it's central Paris, so the rooms are on the smaller side. My room was quite small (albeit well appointed), just big enough to fit a queen sized bed. I was the solo inhabitant, so it was mostly fine, but It may be a bit too tight for two people. There are other slightly roomier rooms, however, as I'd learned. My friends (a couple) stayed in one of these rooms.
