Love the location and proximity to the Metro station. There are so many great food and shopping options within walking distance of the property.

Some of the pillows were not washed or dried properly. There was a strong smell of body odor eminating from several pillows and the sheets on various nights and rooms. However, this only happened on the first night of each stay in different rooms. After housekeeping changed the linens, the smell went away. We stayed in two different rooms and this was the case for both rooms.

Excellent service upon arrival. Beautiful room. Spacious for Paris. Quiet. Perfect location. Staff was gracious but gave space for the internal experience of wandering Paris. Loved my room. Loved that water / tea/ mini fridge. Loved the view towards Hotel Sully.

Thé restaurant area could be polished up a little. I had no need to use it so was totally fine. I love how simple this hotel looks from the street.

The location is perfect.In an area of cultural turistic atrractions, opera, local street market, shops, restaurants bars and cafes. There is a metro station in 5 minutes walking distance. The stuff is very helpful and kind.

The room size is small. There is a parking problem like in all Paris if you travel with car. On Sunday because of traffic restriction in central Paris it was very difficult and took almost 2 hours to reach the hotel from parking place in 2 km distance for taking my luggages. I believe better to mention it to the guests who check out on Sunday.

The staff, the location and the room were all great. Everyone was very friendly and the location of the hotel made it super easy to walk around and skip the metro every now and then. The room was great too with a very comfy bed and a spacious bathroom.

It would have been perfect if the room had some proper windows with an outdoor view. There was a fake sort of window in the bathroom that didn't have a handle and there was another window in the bedroom but it was facing in the service courtyard where all the maintenance elements, ac units and staircases are located. Didn't even attempt to open it.

Small friendly hotel. Excellent staff service. Comfortable and clean accommodation. The hotel was busy but quiet. Lovely breakfasts that set you up for a busy day out. Absolutely fantastic location in the bustling and vibrant La Marais area of Paris.

The room was small with little wardrobe space. The air con is turned off from mid October, which is not mentioned in the hotel information. We were there the last week in October and the weather was still mild. We found the room to be very warm, but the staff did provide a fan when we spoke to them about this issue.

Great central location in the Marais. It is a 5 minute walk from the Saint-Paul Metro station. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and informative. I like that the hotel is ecofriendly. The bed was comfortable, AC worked like a charm, and the location was fairly quiet. We enjoyed being a stones throw from the Place du Vosges too!

There is a little wear and tear here and there, but nothing bad. Perfectly fine for us, but I know some American's have different expectations. The bathroom was very small and might not work for larger individuals, but this is typical of boutique European hotels and we didn't have a problem.

The location within the Le Marais neighborhood was amazing. Walkable distance to so many restaurants, bars, shops, and boulangeries. It was comfortable, as advertised with windows that open to being in fresh air. Restroom was clean with the typical toiletries provided. Very helpful front staff.

It felt like an apartment probably due to the carpet. We got the “family” room with two beds where the twin bed was out in the living next to the front door. Not complaining. Totally understand most of these buildings have been converted over and space is limited.

The location of the hotel in the "Marais" district is ideal. The hotel is located a short distance from the "Bastille" metro station. There are wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood and even a supermarket where you can purchase drinks for your room since the room has a small refrigerator. I found the staff very friendly. And the buffet breakfast at 15 € is a genuine bargain. I will be returning to this hotel again next month if I can secure a reservation.

I have no negative comments whatsoever about this property.

The hotel was in an excellent location very close to the Metro. We felt safe exploring the area and nearby arrondissments on foot. Staff were delightful especially Sylvie who assisted us whenever we asked. Nothing was an effort. The room was a little bigger than we expected but the bathroom was small but very clean.

This is a perfect location to walk to many sights in this area. The neighborhood is safe and has plenty of places to enjoy patisseries, restaurants and cafes and just wandering around Paris. There is a little square very nearby with a perfect setting for dinner and relaxing. The hotel was clean , quiet, and freshly decorated. The staff friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small, even by Paris standards. It was new, clean and modern but my husband and I are both slim and tall and still had a challenge to move about in the tiny space. If you are a larger person, this could be problematic. HOWEVER, this may have been unique to the room we happened to be given.
