The location could not be more convenient: just steps from Shibuya station and the crossing and just a short walk from the Meiji shrine and Harajuku. Also, the rooms were relatively spacious (we booked two rooms with two beds). The staff were very kind and held onto our luggage for us after checkout so we were able to get in a few final hours of sightseeing before catching the NEX to Narita. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Fantastic location right next to Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing, so many food and drink options nearby. Staff was very kind and gracious. Restaurant in the hotel is very convenient. Room was clean, plenty of electric plugs to charge our devices.

The bathroom in the room was small and felt cramped; if an airplane had a full bath, it would probably be like this. The hotel escalator in the lobby was turned off after midnight so you have to go down a long flight of stairs which could be tricky if you've been drinking late at night at a bar.

While the Shibuya Tokyu REI Hotel excels in location and service, there are a couple of areas that could be improved for an even more seamless stay. One notable concern is the type of electrical outlets provided in the rooms. Currently equipped with only 2-prong outlets, it poses a slight inconvenience for travelers carrying devices that require 3-prong connections. Guests are advised to bring a 3-prong to 2-prong adapter for their electronic devices. This small adjustment can significantly enhance the convenience for international travelers. Additionally, the hotel could consider upgrading the microwave oven on the 5th floor with larger and more powerful models. This upgrade would allow guests more versatility in preparing a wider range of meals, adding to the comfort of their stay.

We really liked the location, next to Miyashita Park and Bic Cam. There's a family mart about 3 mins walk. Convenient and accessible by train. The big window that looks down to Shibuya street and watch the trains pass by, bliss. We booked a twin room (with 1 wide bed), put them together to make it an extra wide bed, super comfortable. That also created extra space for luggage.

There's no elevator to the hotel lobby. There's 1 for the staff, which you have to go up to 4th floor to come down to LG which is the lobby. If you don't know, you'll end up at a random place that's for Staff only. Families with strollers got to take note. There's an escalator to the lobby, which you can still use with your luggage.

Location was fantastic and the staff were very nice

Only issue we had was that the walls were very thin so you could hear everything in the next room 🙉

Breakfast is good. Location is excellent. Hotel has washing machine.

The reception is at the basement and there is no lift to the road level , inconvenient with large and multiple luggage.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of all the action of Shibuya. A train station entrance is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were so helpful and polite.

The room sometimes had a hint of cigarette smell, although there was an air purifier, but it didn't work. The shower curtain also had a hint of mildew smell. The bidet nozzle head needed to be clean.

The location is great and by the Shibuya crossing.

The staff is not friendly and room smelled like smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Overpriced for what you get.

Fantastic location, staff were excellent and very helpful, my suitcase was already in my room when I arrived, so first rate service. Within easy reach of the train station, meaning getting around Tokyo was relatively easy. Not my first visit to Shibuya and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends.

There are escalators and stair from the street level entrance to the main lobby.

The staff was so helpful with anything you asked. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and again friendly staff Everything is walking distance that we wanted to see and the train station is right there

The room was soooo small! Even for Dutch standards. We had two big suitcases and it was hard to find a spot for them. We stayed in 3 places in Tokyo and this was by far the smallest room
