Close to the area there's great dinning options, and it's right next to the bus stops so you can go to the most center part of Georgetown. The bellstaff was super nice and helpfull with calling taxis or recommendid places to eat.

There were no towels on the room when we got htere and had to call 3 times for them to bring them, as I called HK and did not answerd, called reception and they said I had to call HK, I told them I had already if they could plese just send them, the person said yes, buut did not do it, so the third time HK actually answerd and sent them. There was do not disturb sign on the room so everyday they woke us up very early to do the cleaning and as we were in they would ring the door until we oppened, and never come back later to clean, and there was no way for us to request it cause again, the sign was not there. So those are the complains, little insignificant details but they did made a mark on the experience.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The concierge and other senior staff were also keen to help, especially with my husband with his broken arms and ribs. Breakfast also offered a wonderful choice of different cuisines. Room service was good.

I always choose a hotel with a swimming pool and I enjoyed it except for having to walk up and down the stairs because I always need a handrail to get up and down. The stairs were full of plants , but it might have been better if one handrail was available, especially after descending after swimming. Otherwise the pool service was fine.

Location is very good close to Gurney Drive. Room a bit small but comforatble. Breakfast is very good with variety of continental and local. Local food taste like Nasi Lemak or Kueh Teow can be improved further but porridge is very good.

The bathroom can be improved further. For the example the bathroom door need painting and the walll need to be clean from mold so that it look presentable. Others is good.

The bed n room was comfortable.. enjoyed the welcome drink.. the staffs were polite.. but afternoon manager/supervisor not sure was not friendly didn't even great us.. check out was smooth.. the concierge person very friendly..

Iron only can use for 30min the other day for 1hr only I wish they hv iron in all the rooms so we can use it any time..

Location ok .breakfast not ok vegetarian we are not. Be perfectly honest quite a letdown

Didn't pay for room and breakfast to find out breakfast pretty much vegetarian we did not pay for that. Booking. Com it would be in your best interest to let your customers know that it's a vegetarian breakfast. Not suitable for everyone

The staff are helpful & the service very efficient. Location wise strategic, nearby Gurney Plaza & Gurney drive to find food. Can take grab only RM5.

There are only 3 lifts for 29 floors are not sufficient. We had waited so long for the lift. Moreover, peak hours for example check out time...all the lifts were full when reached our floor. We stayed at level 14.

1. Booked family room, spacious 2. Room is clean, including the towels 3. bed is comfortable 4. staffs are very good, helpful, friendly, easily available 5. breakfast is awesome, variety of food, food fast top up by staffs, helpful in finding the seat and table, fast cleaning of tables, thums up 6. swimming pool and gym is superb

1. lift to parking is slow

Cheaper, Convenience, Good place with facilities nearby & premium sanitation items

Parking need to improvise (need the load outs for customer parking & drop off at the parking basement) , road in front of the hotel reception need to be tar and fix back and television maybe can change to lcd tv for more enjoyable stay (customer can login for netflix and etc) 😁

Location was absolutely great. Love the room and my kudos to Ms Milly (staff) for the excellent arrangements made to cater for 83 years old dad. You have certainly made his holidays a great one 🩷

On the 3rd night, I was not able to sleep because I could hear noises like someone doing plumbing and someone keep pouring water non stop.

The room was so big and comfy, location was great, easy to get around. The staff was also nice, I had a chat with one of the bell boy, he was so friendly sorry I couldn't remember his name 😞

The aircon was too cold and when our neighbors flushed the toilets, we could hear it so clearly. It is quite troublesome if you have difficulty sleeping.
