Our room was nice and clean, perfect for one night stay. It gaves a modern vibe. We had everything we needed. The hotel is near the tram station and near the railway station - only few minutes walk distance. There are not many restaurants in the neighborhood, but there is a really nice restaurant right in the hotel, lovely place and good food. The staff at the reception was really helpful. Also, we got our parking space in the garague. Even thoug there are trams driving on the street, the place is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, one thing I would like to point out - there were no slippers in the room, they would be handy but it is not a necessarity. We got a windows above the sitting places of the restaurant, some of the guests were smoking there so we keep our windows shut.

No air condition.

Room with balcony. Clean. Lovely clean room. The bed wasn't really 1 big double as ordered. It was a 2 beds together. And 2 mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for a couple. Big hole in the middle. Sorry, it wasn't great. The rest was OK. Receptionists were fantastic and helpful. Towels clean. The room was lovely. Nice place. Street from train station to the hotel was very dark.Not working Street lights, unfortunately. For a single person, it is quite uncomfortable to walk alone. Place quite fare from old city. Good parking. Nice restaurant. Still for winter, it's too dark to walk alone from the train station to the hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice.Thank you.

Bed

This hotel is a very good choice if you are in Wroclaw. Our suite was perfect for a one night stay, but it would have been fine also for a longer time. We had a spacious and comfortable room with perfect zoning and a small balcony. Good quality of furniture, including designer furniture. We evaluated a rational solution for family accommodations - light sliding doors between the bedroom and the living area. In our suite, we had a compact, well-planned and functional kitchen area with a fridge, electric stove, kettle and all the necessary utensils. Parking for hotel guests - underground (easy access by elevator) and parking lots around the hotel. Nice restaurant. Very good breakfast, rich choice for different tastes. Kind and responsive staff.

There is no air conditioning. But in hot summer day we had a powerful fan in the room.

The reception when we arrived was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome and everything was done to make our stay enjoyable and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, we were given very clear guidance and travel instructions to find different places. The restaurant staff were courteous and the food was excellent in the hotel restaurant. The atmosphere throughout our stay was relaxed and this helped us to unwind after a long journey and prepare for different stages of our visit to Wrocław. Wonderful memorable stay, Thank you. :-)

The hotel is very modern, big, clean, staff are friendly, good hot shower, heater on, they gave me a quiet room, breakfast is EXCELLENT with pierogi and + , 12 pm check out and they let me check out a little bit late, free cold water :) They have a dinner restaurant or you can go to one of the restaurants/cafe close to the hotel.

You must go by train to the old town. They have car parking but I don’t know anything about it because I didn’t use it.

Clean and tidy room, got checked in early (we notified the stuff of our early arrival) at 11am instead of 3pm. Good breakfast, quite much of unique food I haven't seen in other hotels, including different cheeses, fruits and desserts.

The AC in the room would be a great idea, as when we stayed there, it was around 30°C outside, and room only had a floor fan.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. One very good point is that we found that an apparent area was bigger than we expected, which made the room more comfortable and bright. Unfortunately, we have stayed for one night only, but for the next time, I will definitely stay here.

There was just a very small problem in our room. It was a bit difficult to adjust the hand shower.

It's a really cool hotel. Perfect for families. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The location is good, it has good public transport connections. The restaurant is absolutely amazing! Open all day and with really delicious food, friendly staff.

The only thing that stopped me from giving full 10 rating was the cleanliness of the room. It didn't feel clean in the room. The toilet was not properly washed when we checked in. We asked at the reception to please send someone to clean it. The staff absolutely great, immediately did so. The carpet in the room was not clean, we could see bits of dust and dirt on it. A good vacuum and perhaps wash would be great. The beds were comfortable, clean sheets. Other than the initial bathroom cleanliness glitch and the floors in the room, it was all good.

Nice hotel suitable for anything from solo travel to large groups. Nice breakfast selection.

There was no AC in any of the rooms. I didn't realize AC is not required for the hotel to be rated 4 stars. The room quickly got hot and stuffy.
