The staff are a real asset to this hotel. Every single member of staff I encountered was so helpful and friendly. As a lone traveler I felt very much at home and welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, super effective air conditioning and the shower was lovely with easy to set temperature control. I had clean bedding everyday of my stay and my towels were fresh too. Thank you.

It wasn’t too much of an issue, but it would have been good to have a streaming app on the telly so that I could login to my own streaming services. As I was on my own and staying for four nights it would have been good to have more options on the television.

The whole ambience of the inside of the hotel. Clean, tidy, and very inviting. From meeting the staff on arrival, over the days of our stay and leaving the hotel every member of staff were exceptional. All staff do the hotel proud. Nothing was too much trouble. Given the reason for our visit, all this made made the situation exceptional. Breakfast was amazing.

Shame dinner menue did not cater for people with smaller appetite. The outside of the hotel very disappintong does not do the hotel justice. Very dirty, untidy, looks very rundown. The whole road and pavements are vastly covered in litter. The car park again dirty and untidy.

Very polite, helpful staff. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The curtains worked properly. I liked the toiletries. The TV greeted me which was something I have not seen before:) The shower was powerful. Everything was very clean. The restaurant looked nice, though I didn't get to try it on this occasion. I would definitely go back. I also liked the fact my requests were accommodated and the room was indeed very quiet and the curtains darkened the room sufficiently.

The only reason I scored down a bit is because the furniture has a bit of a dated feel. Also, the area didn't feel very safe at times when walking from the train station especially that I was alone. Though not much can be done about this, I guess.

This was my first ever visit to Coventry and I was delighted to have chosen the Ramada Hotel. It's ideally situated very close to the city centre - just a short walk away! I received such a warm welcome on arrival and the member of staff on Reception couldn't have been more helpful. He provided me with maps and explained how to get to places of interest in the city. To my delight, I received an upgrade and the room was of an excellent standard - so spacious and well-appointed with a great view over the city from the 10th floor. The room had its own couch and a television which could be moved depending on where you were sitting. The bathroom was large and had an exceptionally good shower. Breakfast was not included with this offer but could have been added at an extra cost. Overall, this was a memorable stay - I have no hesitations in recommending this hotel to others. You won't be disappointed!

The first think that stood up for me was the professionalism of the staff, making you feel welcome, treating you with kindness and respect. From reception staff, restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping staff, all were fantastic. The bed was comfortable, comfortable pillows. All facilities were available in the room, like iron, ironing table, hairdryer, nice smelly toiletries. I had a lovely view from the 12th floor. The breakfast was lovely.

No water bottles available in the room. Some of the towels were stained and looking warned. Cobwebs were hanging between the bedroom door to the bathroom door.

We were in town for the NIHL ice hockey play off finals weekend. The hotel was perfectly located, took our bags early and let us park the car prior to check in. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was huge and fold out bed was out and made up on arrival. The breakfast was fantastic and there are shops/bars/restaurants nearby. A bit of a flying visit but exactly what we needed. It was very close to local amenities including two convenience shops, a pub, takeaways and three different restaurants (Indian, Thai and Lebanese) The property itself was clean, comfortable and well decorated/designed. The bed was quite possibly the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. The television channels were also much better than most hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was delicious.

Building looked quite dated/tired on the outside. The area outside the hotel was a little run down. The hotel was listed as being five minutes from the train station. It took me at least twenty minutes to find it on foot.

Very helpful reception team , queried our need for a special access room ( we didn't book one but maybe all available when booked) asked if we could have room on lower floor ( didn't fancy 9th floor) she happily upgraded us. Suite were fab , with sofa area & very comfy bed Plentiful breakfast and lovely friendly staff on duty

Car park next door , super tight to get in for our vehicle ( and the usual delightful pungency you have in a NCP!) Bar staff a little miserable by contrast the the front of house and breakfast team.

-location was good, easy to find. Skydome and train station within walking distance of about 10mins -inside of the building is nice -3 lifts that all work fast -staff were very polite and friendly - basic room is actually very large! - shower is lovely and gets to a good temperature - despite being next to the ring road, it was really quiet and nice Parking is easy and next to the hotel - charged £7 per night

-bed is on casters and was prone to moving about when getting in and out of bed - bed felt sunken in the middle so I you tend to end up pooled centrally. But saying that I still slept a full night pretty well!

Nice enough hotel, breakfast and staff were particularly nice. Fitness room quite basic but had a treadmill, rowing machine, and bike which was just enough to keep me slightly active on a 2-night stay. Room itself very clean, especially bathroom which was spotless.

Bed was quite hard (but pillows and duvet very comfortable). Corridor quite loud, woken a few times by doors slamming and what I assume was the HVAC system. Local area isn't the nicest - I opted not to eat in the hotel restaurant as was quite pricey, shops opposite were very basic and pouring rain meant I didn't walk to the retail park 10 minutes away.
